How did you incorporate the theme and lore?
You have to "BREAK THE SYSTEM" of normal rules and find the gears to FIX the system

You feel the "potential" of the gears

THE GLITCH TROUGH WALL IS  "intentional"

Submitted

lol glad to hear that!

The movement controls were on the wrong axis, i don't know if it was intentional or not (A/D was Back/Foward, W/S was Right/Left) but it really made the game difficult to play. I also did figure out how to pick up a gear, drop it, and even place it on the peg. I really feel there should have been instructions for that along with the movement controls on the banner at the start.

Definitely could be interesting if fleshed out more though, I do enjoy a good puzzle game!

Developer

The theme is BREAK THE SYSTEM so the I broke the system of normal walking axis,
and YES I WILL ADD instructions next time thanks for playing

Had a hard time playing this with the weird movement-system. Found myself being more frustrated than interested. :/ I get the idea, and I think it's nice, even if my muscle-memory didn't do me any favours here. Haha! I believe the controls will be fixed as I'm fixing the broken system? :o But I didn't seem to be able to pick up the gears, so I didn't get very far. ^^' :o

I MUST HAVE GIVEN MORE INFO :(
I will try my best to fix next time :)

Well that was a trip lol I liked it. Couldn't figure out how to pick up the gears though.

it E (I THOUGHT "E" IS COMMON for piking up)
IT IS MY MISTAKE :(

I tried that and it wasn't working. I'll give it another shot after work...maybe it just needed a reboot/page reload for the browser version...I'll also try the download version and let ya know

Okay yeah I finally got it to work (in the browser version as well)....was very picky on when I pressed E though while focused on the object...had to be at the perfect spot despite being right on top of it/mouse centered on it   and it taking up most of the screen.    A highlight effect would help with that though when it is available for pickup. Still loved the trip that is this game.  Was fun

It must be confusing

Interesting game indeed.

I experienced a couple of problems while playing it, although I'm not sure if they're intentional.

I fell from the map several times (although I did respawn afterwards) and I stopped being able to fully turn around at some point, which made it really annoying to walk. It went back to normal soon after though.

Other than that very cool game. I liked the way the rules are explained as you move through the map.

Developer

took notes , I will try my best not to repeat this next time
