How did you incorporate the theme and lore?
We used the lore as giving the player a glove that acts like a physical version of a mouse cursor. And we use the theme in our games story [sorry if the game seems bad, we focused more on the story than the gameplay as its a prequel to another game we did.]

Thank you to all of those people that rated my game. Its my first jam :D
I played your game on stream here for real time reactions (Game can be found in description next to time stamp):
A bit more interactivity would have been nice like being able to open the wrong files or something that could cause you to fail. Overall good story thought and fits the theme/lore great
This is one of the games so far that I would rank high in Theme/Lore for the jam as everything is involved in it. At first, a glove as the weapon was odd to me but it grew on me especially the final battle as you literally punched the guy. The file navigation system was also interesting although I would have liked to see some easter eggs if you tried opening up other folders was disappointed that I could not open others. The audio that did come through in the beginning was very clean enjoyed that intro music. Lastly, the art style was definitely a unique take there is something uncanny about it that fits the diabolical nature I got. Overall wonderful job!
It's one of those internet AND gamer things where people see something horrible and absolutely love it XD
Thanks
Would've loved to see more combat interspersed between the story. As is, the game is mostly an exposition dump. Love that you're telling a story between jams though!
Hi. Just Saw Your Reaction. Thank You. I Understand Some Of Your Complaints And I Will Explain The Reasons Here. I Understand What You Mean By There Being A Lot Of Exposition. Like I Said, And I Know I Shouldn't Be Doing This In A Jam, I Want To Tell A Connected Story. And The Audio, I'm Sorry. We had a bug in the code that stopped the audio from playing. And What You Mean By The Combat, We Ran Out Of Time. Would Have Loved For The Player To Be Able To Go In Different Folders And Fight Different Enemies. And Thanks For Reacting To It On Stream. It Means A Lot... [Also there was a button that allowed u to full screen. In the bottom right corner.]
first thing I did was click the full screen button but it didn’t work x.x
That's Weird. Must have been a glitch. How ironic
Well done but The boss fight was very hard bcoz you have to control the mouse, arrow keys and space bar
Hi!Thanks for the feedback.I also think boss fight was hard.Is that good or bad in your opinion?
Hello. The Other Developer Here. Thanks for Your Feedback, We Appreciate It. And I Understand What You Mean. I Was Trying To Base The Bossfight Controls Off Of The Controls Used Earlier. I Will Take Your Feedback In Consideration When We Update The Game Post Jam.
like how it feels like a computer and the boss is pretty fun just wish i could visit all the folders
Nice concept! Feels like you have something going on here, being a virus jumping through folders, wreaking havoc. Since you hinted towards the other game - I played through that as well, but I didn't feel it was necessary to understand the story in this one. ^^ The paint-like art was at first a bit weird but it fit really well and made some scenes really fun! Good job. :)
Great Use of Theme, the gameplay was sorta fun, but i think an option to skip cutscenes might be good to implement
I loved the art.
I like the characters a lot! Nice job :)
