A fun card game, I wish I had more options except to draw cards

Uno reversal/10

Initially the game reminded me little of Flesh and Blood TCG.
The 3 card hand was fine, but I think redrawing the whole hand each turn might've been more interesting.

Overall I still had a lot of fun playing each against each different opponent. Good stuff.

i love card games! i beat the game and destroyed neuro/evil. it's quite impressive because card interactions can be very tricky to implement in such a short time especially when you even have a deck builder, very ambitious! i love the idea and i think it could be quite awesome.

Bugs Encountered

  • enemy vedal randomly gets bonus attack for no reason, that's just straight up cheatin
  • anny's flip condition is to take damage twice, but she can flip after just taking damage once

Other Problems

  • game is basically decided via deck-building as there is no room for decision-making in the duel with only 3 cards in hand and 1 draw per turn. there's no way to unequip weapons and items
  • the deckbuilder doesn't have a preview for the cards, so i had to memorize what they did when i was in game
  • no button to quit back to main menu during the duel, i am forced to win or lose before i can go back

anyways, i enjoyed the game, so good job!

It was a fresh attempt, but too many things were hard to know. I think it would have been a better outcome if limited the battle to one time, and invested time in design and convenience.

good job on the contribution; make sure to add screenshots to the page so people have more motivation to check out the game :D i'm sure there are a lot of folks who like these cards of card-building / inscription-likes
