  • Thank you for joining our jam! This was a fun little game! Felt like a mix between SCP/Yuppie Psycho/Observation Duty almost. I liked the endings, and trying to figure out the connections between the photos and reports was enjoyable. It was at a good level of difficulty. Having that little backstory was nice too, and made me feel more connected with the character. The controls are mostly intuitive, it was a little bit annoying trying to back out of a document without linking a photo, which happened a lot having to go back and forth between the documents and photos. That probably could have been improved by not having that "unable to link" window happen if there isn't a photo # entered. The text was also difficult to read at times, such as the "Corpo Connections" and "Start Game" on title screen, the text on the documents blended together a little bit (probably super harsh on dyslexic people) and the "Enter Photo #" is so blurred it was a little difficult to tell what it was saying at first. I thought the art style was really nice, almost early 2000s/1990s style, which I think is what you were going for with the box monitor as well. It definitely added to the creepy vibe, along with the photos, which kind of made me feel like a jumpscare was going to happen. I played through and got both endings, I thought it was interesting that if you log out without going through security you escape and if you do you get caught. I wasn't sure if being able to continuously put in the captcha code was an error at first, so I just kept going before realizing that the captchas were actually saying something, which I thought was really unique and fun. Overall, I really enjoyed this game! I think a fleshed out version of this would honestly be pretty great.

Nice game! the art style was great, but the old windows start button didnt work.

by the way what a happy ending!!

Developer (1 edit)

Did you get an error message or anything when trying to use the windows start button? There's only one part where it's supposed to function.

Thank you for playing!!

Great Game! I had some trouble reading the font, but I loved the music, the art and the overall atmosphere.

Hey, thank you so much for playing!

I've gotten a lot of feedback about the font and it's something I'm going to rework in the future!

This was wonderful! It gave me Backrooms/SCP and being a desk worker employ at one of those companies. I would love to see a full game of this one day, it's such a fun concept that was both easy to understand puzzles, but also hard to actually do! Great job!

It took me a second to connect up what I was supposed to do but once I did I loved the puzzle! Great atmosphere and feeling.

Developer

Thank you!! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Developer

Hey! You take the number from the file, enter it in the text box, and click the grey "x" next to the textbox to submit the code. If the code is correct, you won't be able to submit another one.

Thanks for playing! :)
