The beginning of the game is very hard, because we have to be used to the low distance and low range vision, but as soon as we can buy it in the shop, it becomes easier to play!
Controls are good, and the principal idea is quite good, maybe adding some text when finishing a mission would be good.
Music is kinda cool, but sounds are very loud compared to the music.
I love seeing more and more people using godot! Nice game I would like just a bit more light in this darkness but I understand its intented to be like that.
A first I looked at the graphics and thought "meh". Then I finished six levels, and changed my mind completely!
I like stealth games, so your game was right up my alley. I liked the progression system, which I gotta admit, seems pretty ambitious for a jam game! This also seems like one of the few games in this jam, where you have multiple levels!
The music was alright! The graphics worked for me in the end, it this "2004 flash game" kind of way.

This game shot me back to the good old days of flash games. Love the idea, love the progression system! Tho once I reached the baseball bat enemy he kept killing me in two hits xD Tried to restart the level mutlitple times and he did the same thing.
Otherwise, instant classic!
I really like the idea here! It's super fun to navigate the streets with limited visibility, and I always end up being chased by a crowd of enemies which is super exciting.
The upgrade system is beefy, that's impressive honestly.
