Thank you so much! I was actually working on an update adding biomes, multiplayer, and some building options.

I wasn't sure I was going to release it, but this comment makes me want to finish the update

You can reach out to me on Twitter @jijigriGames or Discord @jijigri

Why not!

That's not a bad idea! I could, but the code does look really messy because it's a Jam game

I'll consider it, and thank you for the kind words!

Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! And congratulations on being probably the person who went the furthest, at least from what I heard.

Your feedback is really great, especially the balance feedback because I didn't get a lot of time to balance the game, and it's really helpful to get feedback on the last tier of guns, since I didn't test those as much as I would have liked.

Pausing the timer when the shop is open makes a lot of sense I think, that's a really good idea, and adding chests is absolutely on my todo list.

Really happy you liked the game, and thanks again for the great feedback and the time you spent writing this!

Thank you so much! And I really appreciate the feedback, I hadn't noticed the torch thing before now so that's fixed internally, sorry about that! And I definitely want to play around with the length of the calm period if I update the game

Did I... Just get rick rolled in a jam game?

That's genius, congrats on the game

Hey thank you for the kind words! You can get more health by trading a few resources, but it's very possible that the initial health is too low, I appreciate the feedback!

I'll absolutely review your game

Ahah you guys are amazing, thank you for the kind words! I dunno about Steam, but if the game places well I don't see why not!

Thank you so much! Man, I'm sorry I didn't get a Linux build in time, I hope I could add one right now but I'm afraid that's gonna have to wait until the end of the jam.

If the game does well and people want more, I'll definitely keep working on it! I have some plans for fun updates :)

Thank you! And yeah, I could have balanced the berry bushes better.

The thing is, since you can plant the saplings and essentially grow more and more of them, I was afraid spawning them too often around the player would make them completely op.

If you happen to give it another try, try to plant the saplings around you and let me know if it grows out of control or not ahah.

I'm gonna try to monitor it really closely, thank you so much for the feedback!

Hell yeaaaah Godooooot!

Incredibly good art, sounds, just everything is polished and feels good. Great submission, congrats to the whole team!

Thank you, this comment made my day! Really happy you liked it, means a lot since your game was so good

This is such a nice comment, thank you so much!

Amazing submission! It looks great and I love the choices and the general gameplay

Congrats, I love it!

Really cool concept!

This one is amazing, it looks great, plays great, and just overall is really solid

Cool idea!

This game has a lot of charm! I like it

Good job on your submission mate

I love the idea, and the vibe is really really good. For some reasons it reminds me of older games I used to play when I was a kid

Good job!

Really cool idea, one of the more unique ways to interpret the theme I've seen so far

I love this, reminds me of my time as a beach cleaner.

It never happened, but if it did, I'm sure it would have been just like that!

Good submission mate

Can't say more than what's already been said, this submission is awesome

Good game design and fun gameplay, congrats!

I like the idea, though it's a pretty bleak reminder of how we all lived during COVID ahah

Good job!

For a first game this is awesome! Looks great and plays great, you both did a really good job!

Good game! And Godot is always a win!

Ah yeah, you grabbed the item in the slot and replaced it with another item

Scroll wheel makes things much easier! I added it to the control list on the itch page, that was an oversight

Thank you! How did you end up doing it? You can use the scroll wheel or numbers 1-8 to switch between your hotbar slots

This is such a good looking game, the artstyle is absolutely stunning. One of my favorite entries so far, I'm blown away

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it

If you look into the potions, you can actually get a permanent double jump and even a triple jump! I think this should help

This is really really good! The artstyle is so amazing, and the axe attacks are super juicy. Good job, you really cooked

Thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it

Thank you! If you don't feel like waiting for the storm, you can trade for a bed at the crystal and sleep in it to skip the preparation phase :)

This game is so underrater, it's one of my favorites so far

The juice is SO good, the artstyle is great and consistent, the music fits the action like a glove. This is seriously impressive, congrats!

Thank you! That really means a lot. I couldn't find anyone to team up with in time so this is all solo work, I'm glad all the time I spent making things "smooth" goes noticed.

This just made my day, thank you so much!

Really good artstyle and nice message at the end. Congrats!

I know you didn't make the assets but I like how well they fit together, you did a nice job picking them. The game itself has good polish and interesting gameplay, good job!

I like the controls of the boat and the idea, good job!

Thank you! Glad you liked it
