Love the assets and sounds. Feels good. Seems to desperately need some input buffering on crouching. Great!
What it needs is the ability to crouch while you move. xD
Which i did intend to implement, but ran out of time.
As it stands, you have to stay still in order to crouch
This is great fine, well dobe very impressive!!!
Worked well in my browser. The asset pack works really well, with lovely parallax. Ladders add a nice touch too. Well done. T
Unfortunately, running the web version failed to load any graphics beyond the clock, player, and time. I was just running across a black screen continually falling to my ultimate demise.
Have you tried running it on different browsers? Might be something regarding that. Otherwise, don't think there is much i can help out with this. :(
Good entry,
I don’t like the acceleration based controls, it feels a bit hard/slow to control.
Nice touch at the end though animating the escape, got a little scared at first :D for a new enemy.
Loved the vibe, sound and the gameplay. Nice one
Nice one
Fun game, fast phased action. Well done!
Captured the gameplay feeling of the early 90s Sega Megadrive era platformers, just with more up to date framerate. Obviously, the graphics pack helps a lot, but it still needed to be implemented correctly, and the way the enemies would pop up and be dispatched was very on brand with the aesthetic. Would be a great opening prologue level for a larger game.
