Sly usage of allyship, though perhaps doesn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Still, did a great job in keeping me interested despite the lack of overall conflict. I’ve had stories this writing jam that were nothing but action bore me.

Developer

To be fair it is quite difficult to write good action so I would still say kudos to those who tried.

Ah the irony that such heavenly sounds might be the result of a Havoc Muse. Delightful!

I love the setting--a glance at a world we don't see often in these jams. Good job, too, portraying Brother Gregor's lust for material things. The story felt a little weak on conflict, though--it was hinted at, but I never really felt like Gregor was opposed by much. Still, great job, and interesting alliance!

Developer

Thanks kindly. I was trying to think what was missing from the story, and you're 100% right, there's no opposition. I might see if I can do some updates without the time constraints of leaving the thing to the last minute and pop an updooted version in the Discord.

Nice character-focused storytelling, and a very unique partnership indeed!
