I think both of them very simple but strong

Moment of Sorrow: Great solo piano. Melody is really nice! I also think reverb would improve this (but I also tend to have the same issue in my own piano work.) Good composition!

Dragon's Song: Short and sweet! Nice melody.

Hope to see you next jam!

I commend you on writing Dragon’s Song 1. Writing for a solo instrument, especially a single voice one like the flute is very very much not easy. One little thing that I feel could elevate your song is by adding pauses to simulate where the flute player would stop to breathe. This not only makes it sound more realistic but also more of a memorable melody as it becomes much easier for someone to feel the phrasing and sing along to.

thanks so much for the advice!

I like the composition, but I would add reverb and sustain (specially to the piano), because it kind of kills the atmosphere in some parts when it stops. I truly think that with time and more layers, it would be really beautiful and overall the melodies are well done!

thank you!

i think this is a really good framework for the tracks, but i'd like to see the piano fine tuned a bit more. not sure what plugin you're using, but adding a bit of sustain and reverb to the piano would go a long way! spitfire audio labs has some great free piano plugins that sound very natural and offer a lot of freedom in adjusting the dynamics + sustain.

Thanks so much!

I think it would have been cool if you had mixed some elements of the songs since they are just a piano and flute solo without much else going on.

Thank you very much, I am new to this and i did start with having more instruments but I couldn't figure out how to build it into a song. I have a lot of ideas but when it comes making them into music it gets tough. I appreciate the feedback.

These are interesting track, but I feel like they don't entirely match the theme stylistically. I do vibe with the simple somberness but it could develop a little more.

Thank you very much for the feedback. this is my first time doing a jam and i know these tracks aren't perfect i am mostly experimenting and i think it was a good experience. I have a hard time building a song, but have so many ideas and melody's in my head.
