Description
I imagined the game to be about a relic hunter coming across some ancient ruins. You would be exploring them and possibly find out what happened to them.

Genre: not really sure, mostly orchestral

Total length: 7:37

Tracks:
1. Promising Find - this would play during an intro cutscene, where the player comes across the ancient ruins
2. Deserted Fortess - this would play while walking around and exploring the upper parts of the ruins
3.Guardian - this would be the theme of either the first boss, or all upper ruins bosses, if there are multiple
4.Reflection - this would play inside a room with a big mirror, which would have some plot relevance
5.Übergott - this would be the final boss theme
6.An Ending - this would be the ending cutscene or credits theme

DAW: FL Studio

Artist comment:
I planned on making more tracks connecting to the mirror room theme, which would incorporate the Two Worlds theme a bit more, but I didn't really have enough time and with a total length of 10 minutes you can only make so many tracks.

Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy this soundtrack (:

Theme:

Two Worlds
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
The soundtrack is mostly just inspired by the themes, without really incorporating them directly into the music. Only the mirror room theme really has a direct connection to the Two Worlds theme

I really like the composition on this!

I'm kind of curious how you pictured the final bossfight, it seemed like it was in a major key and uplifting, which is rare and interesting!

If there's one piece of feedback I could give is maybe an adjustment of drums... the kit felt a little off at times, maybe not as epic as the rest of the orchestra? Maybe a more orchestral drumkit, or some layering of drums with reverb could help.

All in all great job, this was a lot of nicely composed tracks for such a short period of time!

that ending track is beautiful! I was able to imagine the story along with the music you made

You nailed each theme, I can really picture them in my head based on the music!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it (:

Nice job!! I really liked your use of guitar throughout, especially under a primarily orchestral soundtrack. I also love that you were able to finish out a full story with your tracks. I've tried this both times I've done the OST jams, and I'm amazed at how well others can make it happen!

Thank you :)

I love when people tell the whole "story" of the game with the tracks. Really impressive to think that all of this was done just in 2 days. I hope that I too would be able to do that in a limited timeframe someday :) Wish you all the best my friend!

Thank you (:

I love the drum leitmotiv but some sounds seem kinda out of place (like some choruses or the synth arpeggios at the end of 'guardian').

Developer

thank you (: and yeah, I see why some part seem out of place, some of the sounds don't really fit together all that well

I don't really know how to fix that, though...

I like the ending track. Loved the guitars! Are those VST's or did you shred irl?

Developer

thank you (: and those are stock fl plugins with some distortion

Developer

just remembered, I also used LABS for some of the guitars
