This track was composed entirely in MuseScore, which also supplied the midi playback for the .wav file.
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
I envisioned a character being involuntarily pulled back and forth between worlds, with an overall feeling of helplessness. The chaotic contrapuntal section works as a bridge between my two "worlds", destroying any sense of stability that's established in the main sections--which are simply inversions of each other.

This was a really fun piece and I quite enjoyed the classical vibes and compositional ideas. I must admit I'm not sure what kind of game it would fit to, but as a standalone piano piece, it's very enjoyable.
Is that an idim I hear? Love the chords here.
No i°'s, but there is a lot of half-step motion between most of the chords. The piece starts with iv to V7, in B-. Thanks for the comment, glad you liked it!

Thanks! It was a lot of fun, and a great learning experience. I had just recently discovered the concept of negative harmony, and this was my first time employing it in a piece.
Mind-blowing, it reminds me of a rondo-style composition, with a main section and its different parts.

Interesting take on theme, just piano... did you compose it at piano first and then you write it down in MuseScore, or it's made digitaly from start?
Thank you. I use a midi keyboard plugged in to my laptop, so I'll do all of my thinking on the keyboard and then clean it up in MuseScore.
