Two of Three: Two Romancing SaGa 3 Tracks's itch.io pageThe title of the original song(s)
1. The Holy Town of Lance (from Romancing SaGa 3)
2. Prologue - Looming Eclipse of Description (from Romancing SaGa 3)
Is this a cover, tribute, or medley?
Description
1. This is a synthwave/chillwave track. I sequenced the piece and then used a variety of synths to create the sound.
2. I did a straight transcription of this and then recorded myself singing each part.
Both of these tracks were made in Logic. I really like the acappella one, but I think the synthwave one has more widespread appeal. I always like to explore different genres of music, especially from within the same game.

Super creative with the acapella! Good job overall!
Thank you! I guess I'll have to do more acappella next time.

The first track is super chill and the second track was the last thing I expected, great job!
Thank you!
The a cappella track definitely stood out here - very haunting and atmospheric. Great work on both of these.
Thanks so much! I'm really enjoying how much attention the a cappella track is getting.
Chillest City - Definitely felt like I was playing and listening to old tracks, you got the tone spot on.
Prologue - Oh wow, was not expecting that. Genius idea for a cover.
Awesome, thanks! I was really trying to make it sound like it was done on a tape. And yeah, definitely not enough acappella covers out there.
Nice choice of instruments for The Chillest City, you really managed to capture the vibe of the original and add your own touch to it. As for Looming Acappella of Destruction, I didn't manage to find the original, but nevertheless, I like the layering and the reverb you put of the vocals.
Thank you! Yeah, Lance is a pretty neutral part in the game, so I wanted to capture the feeling of being able to relax there. The acappella one is the opening for the whole game, and I think it's the first track on the official soundtrack.
As others said the acapella track is great! Love to see romancing saga covers, Kenji Ito is a great composer. The battle tracks on the snes saga games are really fantastic.
Thank you! I agree, Kenji Ito is an excellent composer, and his battle themes are amazing!
Agreed with the comment bellow, the acapella track is great!
Thank you, I'm glad the acappella one is getting attention, too.
Awesome to see some love for Romancing SaGA. Love the acapella on the second piece!
Thank you! Yeah, definitely not enough Romancing SaGa covers out there!
