Description
This epic cover blends the instrumentation of the original song with synths, choir, electric guitar, and big big drums.

It's my hope that this cover makes the song sound as intense and intimidating as the monster actually looks!

Some lore for those who haven't played the game - before the former wind sage Fado and the adorable sage leaflet Makar can reforge the master sword, Link must part from his little tree friend one more time to face off against possibly the most terrifying enemy in the game.

I wanted to make an epic cover of the music from this epic moment in Zelda history.

Here's the original:

This is very impressive and captures the intensity of the scene very well. I think the chanting/choral sounds take this track to the next level. Great work!

Gotta say, it's more majestic than the original.

Excellent job with a seriously good jam from one of my all-time favorite games. Nice orchestration and arranging all the way through.

Means a lot from a fellow fan!

And you did it again. This is really fantastic. Your submission is just like last time one of my favorites. Good job man.

Thanks!

Such good energy in here, with really good orchestration and mixing. Really love that intense drum beat that carries the tempo

Too bad there's not the "Tchk-tchk" voice part, but that's still a good cover ^^

Oh but it's there. just much more subtle. I actually sampled it from the original song because it just didn't sound the same without that texture

I love this to death! It's so good!

You really took the original and turned the hyper thrusters on! This sounds like what I'd expect from a full orchestra rendition at a concert hall venue. Honestly, I can say I quite prefer this rendition. The original carried a lighter tune for what was a visually striking enemy. You really nailed it with your instrument choices here, especially the two-fold vocal additions. True to the original while also filling out some much-needed dynamic structure. Well done!

Thanks Tetsu! Vocals and chimes are one of my favorite epic combos, and the original song already had chimes!

Love it! It's awesome. What VST do you use for the "woo wah" viking voice?

The chanting sounds are straight out of East West's Goliath, no alterations. Ok some reverb. But they just sound so great out of the box.
