Description
Imedi is a (hypotetical) game about mourning, legacy and family relationships
You play as a child exploring his recently deceased grandfather's home, discovering stories and drawings he made during all his life
The child blends his own imagination with his grandfather's creations and experiences an imaginary world
Track description :

#3 - Curious chest
His attention gets caught by a big chest, the only object in the room not covered by dust
#4 - Farewaltz
Inside the chest are drawings and stories written by his grandfather. The child explore diverse imaginary places, meeting colorful characters

Oh no, you're going to make me cry. My grandfather, also an artist, passed away last March, and I haven't been able to visit his house yet, due to the virus. I don't think I'll find a curious chest when I finally have a chance to visit (his wife still lives there so I won't really be poking around or dealing with clearing things out) but this theme still seems to correlate to some emotional work I've been doing independently.
The actual listening experience is wonderful. I loved His House and Farewaltz.
Yeah, i chose a pretty heavy subject for the game idea, sorry if it brings back some sad memories. The inspiration actually comes from personal feelings about a recent loss of mine. Hang in there
A wholesome interpretation of the journey. Very dramaric and introspective soundtrack .Curious chest is my favourite track, I think it works very nice as a decissive moment for the charatcer, followed by the farewaltz.
VERY NICE
It is beautiful, poetic, soft, pleasant, full of a sweet nostalgia. The melodies are slow, wonderfully accompanied, the set of instruments being particularly well chosen. The third music possesses a deeply emotional mysterious force. Undoubtedly the plièce which has the widest sound spectrum of all the OST. And to end in style, a waltz that brings together all the strengths of the three previous pieces. Undoubtedly my favorite piece of the OST, as the energy and the atmosphere change while the time. Did I say it's beautiful? ^^
What a touching interpretation of this theme. I think you captured the sentiment really well, and the inclusion of SFX is a great touch.
really enjoyed it, super emotional vibe
I was almost immediately blown away by your usage of sound effects - excellent work on the sound design here!
Very nice sound design! Great job! :D
Happy to hear someone else incorporating field recordings, it really expands your game world for me. Blowing the Dust Away is my favorite, love those long trails and clock sounds! Thanks for sharing.
I really liked the sound design elements to the score, very immersive, and I really liked the quiet minimalism of the opening piece.
very nice music. "His home" is fabulous. to bad they are way to short, feels like there is still much more to tell.
This game idea is so interesting and creative!
Loved the SFXs, beautiful tracks, great job.
Sooooo well orchestrated in the waltz! Fantastic track! The ambiance from the first 2 tracks really set a mood which Curious Chest breaks up nicely moving onto your final track. Great use of sound design and fantastic scoring! Great OST! <3
These are beautiful! I love the incorporations of sound effects
Really wonderful melancholy vibes in these. I especially like the intro to Blowing the Dust Away. Great work!
Amospheric :) The last track reminds me of The Nutcracker! It's beautiful. Good job!
