- I really enjoyed the game overall. I think it was fairly clever with the stealth mechanics and the progression of abilities based on your kills. It reminded me of VtM (Vampire the Masquerade) and "The beast" aspect of vampires. Would love to see more consequences for succumbing to the inner demon and rewards for staying more human. The shadow theme is very present, but the changing of humanity to demon does not scream "alchemy" for me, but I do understand where you were going with it.
Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?

Yes
Tell us about your game!
In 19th century England, you are on the hunt to find another drink, but inside you something else is on the hunt for something far more sinister.
Use the mouse to click your way through this stealth-based adventure. Gain demon powers by sacrificing your humanity or stay human and stay weak, mortal.
Abilities can also be activated using the numpad / keyboard.

very fun concept and mechanics! the pause/skills stuff reminds me of heat signature
I did notice when the skill menu is open at the bottom, you can't click through it so move around. Otherwise, lots of fun!
Hey, I loved the concept, the skills are really useful for evading the guards and the mechanics of dealing with the demon are really cool.
I had some problems with the controls, the footprint icon disappeared in the second phase and I didn't know exactly where I was clicking, this left me in trouble when running away from the guards a few times.
I really hope you continue working on this project, I'll love to see the result of it later :D.
Thank you so much!
Yeah I think I have a bug there, you’re definitely supposed to be able to see where you’re going, thanks for reporting. Appreciate it though I’d love to develop it further :)
Fun sneak game. Love the atmosphere and execution.
Only caveat: I would like to be able to choose from the beginning if I would go the human road or the demon road
Hi, nice top down, it reminds me of some old games :).
- I tried to drink all rum from Level 2 I found and didn't kill anyone :D. But I'm not sure what to do next. I tried to distract the guard next to some building but couldn't go inside.
- In the end, I decided to eat everyone :D. Nice abilities.
- I'm missing more surroundings but I now making a 3D game is always much harder
Thanks! Yeah I don't think the "good" path is as fleshed out as the "bad path" currently, I'd love to do more with it. Appreciate it :)
Really fun game, I ate everyone for better abilities >:)
Love the aesthetic, the movement speed and story - would be keen to play more to see where it all goes
very fun game story.
I did not eat anyone.
Demon will not get trick me
Thank you! Are you sure you don't want to give in just a bit though?
Really well done! I like the trade-off between guard presence and the abilities you get for killing humans, and I really like the aesthetic of the game! I did find it a bit easy, since for some reason I was able to avoid all guards by taking what I can only imagine is the god-path to freedom, so I didn't encounter too many enemies or people. But other than that, I had fun! Great job!
Thanks, that's useful feedback. First time creating patrolling guards, so I can look to tweak how they behave to make it harder, and they're not too smart yet. Glad you enjoyed it though!
Cool game! I like the concept and how you can get different abilities. It was a little hard to see what was around you due to the camera being a little delayed sometimes, so more visibility or a way to look around further would be cool!
Thanks! Ah yeah that makes sense, the camera could do with tightening up a bit, will add to my list of improvements
