How does your entry fit the theme?
Flowers appear from the sides.

What would you like feedback on?
It's a very rough and rushed prototype of an idea. But I'd like to know where the idea could be taken next and if it's any good at all.

What assets did you use (if any)?
Some sounds for the drums and fail noise from freesound org.

Fun but kinda overwhelming

Your idea is cool and has potential for development! Just tweak the menu and tutorial. I'd enjoy having relaxing music in the background. Also, I had trouble playing the game – maybe I didn't get the hang of it, as the Z and X buttons didn't seem to work for me.

Enjoyed playing it :)

The idea of the game is very good but I did not understand what should I do immdeiately. Music would make this game a lot better but still very cool game to test your reaction speed :)

I was really excited to see what would come out of a rhythm game within the "bloom" theme, I love the idea. However I think that the lack no music or beat to play in rhythm with takes away from that idea.

Would love to see where you could take it in the future if you decide to update the game.

While the idea of a poly rhythm is cool doing it without any music make it feel like a chore. The timing feels really clean though.

Totally agree music would be essential for it! Thanks for the feedback! I've returned the favour for your game! :D

I do like it, rhythm games are a tried and true concept, but i think this game could change in a lot of ways. The level building needs some work, when all you have is a metronome as your rhythm and the beats you need to hit are off sync from that it feels weird.

On the topic of the metronome, I think that it definitely needs music, which i know if hard to make yourself in a 3 day jam for most people (me included cause I used something i found free online)

The last thing is that it needs more effects. The flower growing is cool but with a rhythm game what yo really need is something to look at and something to listen to, since your controls will always be very simple

I agree with all these points. I imagine a polished version of this game would have music, lots of levels, nice visuals. Maybe you collect little trophy plants by completing levels or sets of levels. I dunno haha. Main idea is a fun way to get better at polyrhythm and then keep polishing it until it's an army worthy of mordor.
