Awesome! I'm glad you had fun with it. I wanted to expand on it more but I also wanted to keep it simple so that it could be played and tested in under 10 minutes. Thanks for the review!

I'll do my best to add some kind of tutorial to my next Jams, thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! Yeah, I'm not sure whats causing performance issues for some people. I'm planning on changing off of doing eveything in a java framework to using Godot so hopefully my next jams are more performant. Thanks for your feedback!

I really liked your guys art style!

I've not changed anything my side, but its good to hear that its running better.

:D

Yeah! Thanks for the feedback. I had a 101 more ideas on how to iterate on the game but I really wanted to keep scope smaller for the Jam.

Depending on how well it does I might remake it properly and implement some of these features more thoroughly

I did have some friends say that there were some performance issues but I was unable to replicate, the whole codebase is super hacked together so I'll do my best to better optimize for the next one. Thanks for the feedback anwyay.

Thanks for playing, I hope you managed to get a farm going before the slimes overran you.

I was kinda going for a play on bloonz td but diddnt want to be too on the nose.

Nice one, I really like the colors on the mouse tail once you get it.

Working linux build for the win.

Thanks for the feedback! That would be the natural progression of things. I also wanted to ability to dig up you flowers in case you misplaced or wanted more space and to add more flower types and the ability to maybe upgrade them. That all got slashed in favor of bug fixing and just making sure it was ready.

Could also add a more natural progression with the ability to cut down some of the forest tiles to make more farming space.

But those are some great recommendations, thanks!

I really love the painted art style.

Thanks, I tried to make sure that the gameplay loop is fun but I didn't want to make it too hard to get into if a general strategy is not obvious to a first time player.

Didn't want people to be put off it it was balanced to a T but only for people know know what to do.

The difficulty does scale infinitely so I figured that surviving for as long as possible let's people who are more or less comfortable still push it to its limits.

Thanks for the feedback!

Really awesome, I agree with that the accuracy increasing the more you wiggle your camera is a bit quirky but everything is really well put together. Nice music, cute squirrel

Great work.

Tough one, I feel like there are a lot of times where I feel like I should make a jump and I just die.
But thats just object placement.

The movement feels quite good.

are the levels procedural or does it just start you somewhere randomly in a loop of the playable space?

Seems like a good foundation.

Nice work!

Pretty well designed puzzle game. Nice work

I like the sound effects :)

While the idea of a poly rhythm is cool doing it without any music make it feel like a chore. The timing feels really clean though.

Pretty cool, it would have been cool to have a default shoot so that you dont need to use what feels like a bomb for each attack. Since you already had the framework for how many petals you were charging up it woulda been awesome to have a smaller more precise attack.

I think this was my favorite submission yet. Awesome writing, personable characters, coherent art style, adorable animations. Great work this was super cool.

This was so awesome, the sound effects were super funny.

I couldn't plant anything so I just die from the first meteor :(

I'm glad you had fun!

Thanks so much!

Nice and peaceful farming game. Not a lot of depth of gameplay but really peaceful and pretty.

It would have been really nice to 'paint' the seed planting instead of clicking each tile

Nicely done, super well put together.

A cool idea but your bee is bigger than the flower so you can just park him in the middle and afk until you win which is sorta lame.

Aesthetically well put together, nice art and music.

Because the 'popped' flower just spawn in new random ones it feels like you will eventually get to a fragmented position. If you made the flowers fall down then it would have a more natural progression with strategy options.

Additionally there were some cases where the detection algorithm diddnt see that I had a group of sufficiently large flowers so it diddnt combo which was kinda lame.

Great submission though.

That was a surprisingly fun take on tiles. Awesome work.

The movement felt really floaty and it made the audio sounds even when you arent able to jump.

Aside from that a cool submission.

Really cute game, awesome work guys.

Rotating the mirrors was a little awkward sometimes but aside from that everything was really well put together.

When I try play in browser I just get a red screen or grey screen and it doesn't work. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's running into issues.

It was my fault, my graphics drivers were totally borked. Cute game!

I'm grateful for the i-frames after getting hit.

I think it would have come across a lot more polished if you had chosen a stricter color palette. But thanks for Linux build!

This is a really cute idea it just needs a little more polish, great job getting something up anyway.

Nice Submission! Would be cool if there were some kind of visual indicator of the downtime after you miss a hit, but the music is neat and its well put together! Great stuff.
