I never got the hand on these type of controls.
Very good looking and well moving game though!

Cool graphics! Love the characters and the city scape

This is my favorite of the bad controls because you can get used to them and then it's just fun to fly around. It helps so much to have the letters hover over each of the jets like how you have it

LEVEL 3 HAS BEEN DEFEATED

Objet d'art: love, particularly the rocket powered dumpster-magnet taxi model and the hand drawn particle effects and UI.

Trash: excellent, dumpster, mix of at least four different art styles, sfx, UI. great work.

Enjoyment - 4 out of 5 stars. Having beaten the game, i have earned the right to ask for more damping on the magnet--a coefficient of restitution less than 1.00 when the magnet hits brick e.g.--and chain dampening too. eg. in this video from 2:44 to 3:20+ you'll see the magnet bouncing from the gears for almost a minute afterwards. Feels a _bit_ too chaotic.

Understood fine-tuning rigid bodies is impossible with infinite time let alone in the time frame of a game jam. Supremely well executed project, I woke up wanting to play--and beat--this game.  That's not common for jam entries.

I love universal paperclips, despised QWOP, but really like this.

Much appreciated my guy.  As for the dampening thing, we're not entirely sure what went wrong there. Physics janked out a bit towards the end and we were only able to patch it up so much. I think I speak for the rest of the team when I say we're glad you had a good time with our game.

it's real good. The controls are pretty intuitive once you get used to them, but I wish the movement speed/responsiveness was a little higher. Love the graphical style and level layouts, I got to the second one but didn't finish. "Let's go brother" and the music - heck yes
