The mechanical theme is cool!

I like the jump mechanic it made it fun out smarting the snake and leading it to a wall.

One thing you could add is obstacles/walls also spawn when you beat a level or predefined levels but I still had fun good job :)

Thought it was going to be simple, and then there were more snakes! It got more hectic and fun at once. It was hard enough without being too hard. The jump and grid layout also really reminded me of Pac-Man Adventures in Time. Good job!

Great game! I especially like the design of the snakes!

Great concept! It feels very intuitive to play and I love the steampunk style.

If I had to make a critique it would be that the map stays the same, at least as far as I got it was the same. I would love to see some more map layouts

Thanks!

Yeh, the static map makes the game a little bit boring. I hope to introduce changing map for endless mode and a challenge mode with predefined waves and map layout. I also want to try an option, where the player would throw obstacles behind him and the obstacles would break after being hit by a snake.

All of those seem like great ideas to me!

The gameplay is gold! Such a nice twist on the original mechanic.

I wasn't that good - but now as I am writing this, I remember there was also a jump option. This would have been the solution for snakes following me too closely, right? Jump over a wall and bye bye snakey?

The only thing I would critisize is the sound for a dying snake. This was too offensive for my ears - other than that, well made game!

Hello, thanks for the feedback! Yes, the jump is usually your best friend. Even though the controls are very simple and in my opinion intuitive, I should introduce them better, when the player plays the game for the first time... About the sounds - I agree :D When I was playtesting the game for the last time, I swap the sounds from even more "offensive" sound, so I thought it was OK. But now I see, that it is still too much.

Nice game! Graphics and general mechanical theme is pretty cool, gameplay is fun too. Maybe it would be more interesting if there were more levels, but difficulty progression over waves is still great. Oh also music and sound effects contribute pretty well to general theme. Good job overall!

Hello, thanks for feedback! I hope to add more leveles or one level with changing layout in the future. Or maybe both :)
