Does the 52 card deck exception to all components having to be on the post card only allow the use of a US style French Suited 52 card deck, or are other standard decks that are used for playing card games also allowed, such as a tarot, Hanafuda, or German-suited deck?

I assume something that is standardized but less widely adopted, like the decktet or glyph decks, would be outside of the scope.

any card deck that is not specific to the game, like a custom deck, will be accepted. think, easily attainable card deck like you mentioned. Tarot deck will be accepted.
