I like the idea of dragging the UI as a gameplay mechanic but you could do more with this beyond movement etc. Perhaps you have a more traditional UI that's also diegetic. You can think about 4th wall breaking with this style of game, too.
In terms of your actual controls, it feels like the controllers move too fast for the player to keep up with. As having to drag the controls onto the character is clunky and takes time. This can be intentional though to make sure that the game's speed is restricted by the player's own dexterity (physical skill check!), but be sure to balance the rest of the game around it
The drag and drop the control UI is brilliant love the idea. i found that i dident have enough time to see which controls are needed and then move the UI buttons. this was probably me but this could be an interesting idea for a mini-game as i feel a whole game like this would make me want to smash my head against the wall.
I liked it, but I got really confused with the input controls, I think if the space bar was just called shoot i would've understood about dragging stuff as I thought I had to drag the player and other objects, also the rotation is a bit messed up and sometimes i could never shoot the objects because it was at a 45 degree while the player moves like 65 degrees each time :/
Gave me a chuckle and put a smile on my face xD Definitely relatable content, and really creative, weird input idea! It was actually super tough, but that's just our lives as poor, downtrodden, overworked students, right? ;)

it was a very confusing and interesting game, i enjoyed and got stressed out trying to play this, definitely a weird input, good fun.
