What was the origin story?
Skull Shrine is a bullet hell game I created over a year ago and pretty much abandoned.
When I first heard about Bullet Hell Jam, I found out that there was just over a day left in the jam. I wanted to create something anyway, so I made Skull Shrine!
I still want to do much more with the game, including making new content. However, I was able to improve the art to how I originally imagined it to be, and I feel more motivated to continue the project.

loved the 3D element to this bullet hell haha also the overall aesthetic is 100000++ lol love it. Love how polished the experience is too!
Good job! The fact that all bullets clear when you get hit is such a nice QOL feature to add in a jam, hitboxes also felt super fair. I was able to go directly through the tiniest gap and that always is an awesome feeling in a bullet hell.
Graphics were awesome and controls were solid, wonderful job!

ah yeah, I really liked this one. the music the art style the tight controls.
(Gamepad movement was fine but I couldn't move the camera, focus or drop bombs)
