Great writing and humor, and an interesting idea with having 4 different scenarios that play out nearly simultaneously. However, it softlocked on itself several times and I wasn't able to complete any of the scenarios properly. The worst was the healing woman, Penelomellopee. Her scenario softlocked after about a minute.
Suggestion: Be sure to test your game! I really like the humor and the tongue-in-cheek bits but the game’s bugs really dragged down what could have been a great comedic title
thanks for all the great feedback! I’m really kicking myself for not hunkering down and getting more of the game done (it would have prevented the softlocking). I just haven’t gotten the hang of managing my time properly and not getting discouraged when things don’t work out right. I spent a lot of time avoiding working on this game bc it wasn’t turning out how I wanted and a lot of time I did spend on it was wasted. Next time I’ll make a schedule and stick to it.
If you ever finish this, let me know. I would love to see how it all turns out. The comedy was GOLDEN

Thanks for the review and the suggestions! I know there's a lot of bugs that make the game unplayable, though really I just ran out of time at the end and had to try to close the storylines and go back to the character select screen, but I never tested that part out. Just really didn't manage my time too well and end up not getting a whole lot of the game finished.
Lot's of humour and nice characters, it's a shame the game bugs out really early on.
I wasn't able to play long because I kept running into that bug you mentioned where it freezes. But here is what I found. Very interesting concept with the characters having different stories that you choose from! I love this concept, however in each of the events where I chose a character, there was a game breaking bug that froze me in my place. After the game jam, i'd love to try this out again when this is fixed. Overall from what I saw, I like the designs of the characters and the music was very pretty! I also love the weather FX and lighting to the forest map but the indoor map where I played as the blue knight needs a little work. Big empty room felt kinda boring with just 2 statues. I also love that you explained the reason as to why the player morphs into one of the chosen characters.

I really love your menus, and the custom characters! I might be a little partial because of Ranger Richard too :D The pathfinding is a super cool features, lots of stuff in here! I got stuck past the trees though :,(
