Wow, that's really hard. The best score I got was 2. It took me a while to figure it out (you have to push the food away), and once I did it was just super hard; there's a ton of stuff to deflect and getting the angle right is super finicky. I think, though, for a "so bad it's good" game it works. The whole thing is bizarre and the total lack of context actually enhances the weirdness.
The first time I tried the game the spacebar just moved the page down and didn't register, but it worked the second time. No idea why this is happening.
I think its pretty common that when you press spacebar and the page moves down it's because you just didn't click on the game itself. Definitely not an issue with the game or your system, just how games on browser have always worked
Great concept for a simple game. Love the sound, art, and idea. Had a lot of fun :D
Nice game. I didn't understand what I was meant to do at first.
The only issue I had was that the baby hit something while returning to the middle which would restart the game. The art is good. The main mechanic unique and well executed. Some background music would be nice, otherwise quite a nice game for such a game jam.
I must say, I was a bit confused with your game at first, because I kept trying to use the space attack to AVOID the food to no avail. But once I figured things out I began enjoying myself. Nice work!
