The music slaps!! Superhot in 2D and that is amazing! :D

Thanks for the feedback. I am glad you liked it!

Nice job. I do like the slowdown effect and it definitely would be better with more enemies. Music also only works in the left channel on the main menu screen and its a bit jarring. I think the scoring system could use a little bit of work though. I hope you revisit this game in the future!

I was going to create a different type of enemies that shoot in bullets in 4 directions instead of 2 or 1 but I thought it would make the screen way too cluttered. For the music, I did not notice this part and I will try to fix it as soon as possible. The scoring has a weird bug that I am still working on. My initial plan was to add a boss level and some story in the mix so I will add all feedback and rework the game. Thanks for the feedback!

I've tried to use the punch, but it was failed to me. But I liked the slow motion and the gameplay remembers me Superhot game. Nice work!

May you rate my game too?

Developer(+1)

The punch should have more clear. I am currently working on polishing the animation so it stands out more. To at least give the player a better chance of landing it. Thanks for the feedback and sure I will rate your game

the only bullet hell game where I don't immediately die! I love the mechanic, but I don't feel like there is any benefit in ever actually leaving the room since you get a higher score the more bullets fired.

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

I wanted to increase the number of enemies, the more time you spend in a single room but ran out of time. I do have the system in place but it needs to be polished more like the punch mechanic. I can also add time and force the player to leave by making the screen smaller and smaller or narrower to force the player to move in a small area or reset.  Thanks for the feedback!

those are all really good ideas!

Defintily loved the slowmotion effect ! was quite fun playing around with it !
punching was unclear. concept is intersting. scoring was a bit confusing too.

Developer

Scoring just took some time to load to make sure it adds all the scores from each stage correctly for the final result. I am currently working on a sprite sheet for the punching to make it at least more clear visually. Thanks for the feedback!

Nice game, not sure how punching works and my high score at the end always reset to 1, but I like the music and the mechanic of the game only running while you move is cool.

Developer

The high score is just a bug in the UI. It usually just takes time to load to make sure it adds up all the scores from each section. For the punch, it is more like a charged punch so when we press space and start to move the punch animation is played but it stops when you stop moving so we have to be standing/moving over the enemy when the final punch frame is played(when character extends its left arm (purple hand)) to kill the enemy and you only can kill bee enemies. I wanted to make it like this to make a skill gap but accidentally made it too hard. I will check the score bug and I will polish the punch a bit more. Thanks for the feedback!
