I love the gameplay and great story btw!

The gameplay was great, I also love the story and the cute dragon. Lovely stuff!

I really liked the space setting. I would recommend the jump being boosted a little bit but great job overall!

Best game I played so far. Maybe some support for touch pad users would have been nice but amazing game nevertheless

I  loved the voice acting and the game was really fun to play. Just note I prefer that the puffer fish also have a red outline around it so I see it is dangerous or i will take damage when i touch it

I really liked the game. I wished that the oxygen tank is a little bit bigger.

The font was a little hard to read but the gameplay was fun and i really liked the destructible walls idea

I really like the game. The idea of pushing away red puppets added a bit of a challenge to the game which I liked. Great job and congrats on finishing in the jam time limit

I got Both Hayley's ending and the coward's ending. That was a fun experience. Great job

Game Title: Hyper Fighter. https://omareltouny.itch.io/hyper-fighter

Pitch/Information:  HyperFighter is a top-down arcade beat-em-up with shoot-'em-up elements game where the player fights hoards of enemies to try and get the highest score. When the time is slowed, the character loses health as it gets older

Feedback: Gameplay and overall sound design

The game is really good with the different powers coming together. Nice work

The game is quite fun and enjoyable. I love the scoring system too.

Thank for your feedback. I will definitely check your game.

Will update the controls. Thank you for your feedback

Nice idea but I did not like the button spamming. Maybe try a more puzzle approach(Roll a dice you get a certain amount of platformers to reach from point A to B) but great game for 48 hours jam.

The art is very cool. It was fine building decks. I liked the mechanics overall

Most probably. I will try again today and see if it works for me or not

For some reason, the online version did not work for me but so I had to download the Windows version but otherwise I had so much trying to beat my score over and over

The game is fun. The presentation and music are really good. If it was possible to add something (like a sound or a visual cue) when I hit the spikes it would have a little better. Good game overall

The story is good. The game is very enjoyable although sometimes I felt the dice was screwing over too much.

I enjoyed the music and the wheel of fortune concept and the sound of it. Great work!

(1 edit)

I am glad you enjoyed it, I will try to make a better tutorial for the game next time. Thanks for the feedback

The abilities are the max payne effect (everything going slow mo), shield to knock enemies of platformers and a giant bullet. The other platforming abilities such as dash and jump are available from the start. I thought to make the text appear a little bit longer but i felt it broke the flow of the game. Thanks for the feedback!

Can I work solo for this game jam or do I have to find a team?

¡Gracias por la respuesta! Me alegro de que te haya gustado

I meant a shot but autocorrect decided on the world show.

Maybe something similar to snake pass but on a lower scale:

Smokey saying hi. Great game and really cute.

Love the artwork and the music. The game was a bit hard but the checkpoints made it easier for me. I like that I could not jump until I actually grab the really cool jump powerup. Maybe an additional bit of polish is to have different for the power-ups to stand more(Jump is yellow up arrow and double jump is two up arrows for example)

I really like music and the pixel art looks really good. Some feedback:

I wish that I can use WASD to move instead of the arrows and space for shooting because I do not have a mouse so the game experience was really hard but the game was fun overall.

I may add an option for changing the button. This was area 1 or basically the tutorial so I had the color palette and song stay the same but I might change it every five levels. I planning to add more to the game visual-wise with more enemies. I am planning to work on it when the feedback period is done. I started more levels but I think I will take a step back to add more polish, then continue working  on the game

The game is really fun but as someone pointed out it is very similar snkxr. I know when you collide with the head it is instant death but having a unique set of levels instead of a black box or maybe trying to give the game a shot in 3D. (I know they are different games but I am just suggesting ways for the game to stand out even more). Other feedback: the health bar for the enemies appears over their heads. A description of the units would help and the colors were too hard on my eyes but I managed to play through the game and enjoy it.

The game art style is really good. I managed to snipe most bandits with no resistance whatsoever. I managed to figure out your temperature rise when you are inside but at first, I was looking for a fire to keep warm so I panicked for a little when I did not find it. Also, I am Egyptian and we do not use Fahrenheit, I do not know if I could toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius as I was too focused on surviving. Of course, the shaking and slow freezing of the temperature indicator saved me. Great polished game but I think it can go further. Also, some ambient music and sound effects and some punch with the rifle will make combat slightly better.

The art style was unique and I love the rolling antigravity mechanic. It is not my usual platformer, but it was a unique experience that I may give it a shot at once again. The only thing that annoyed me was that I did not have fall damage, so once I collected all 100 coins for the bus, I leaped off the clouds part then died, but this is my fault. Great game

Thanks for the feedback. I look through the idea of up and button. I was planning to combine values like direction and flappy for example with a two-button/axis. I struggled to add ideas for this project due to one button limitation so I may try different things to expand further on the game

I enjoyed the audio. Yes, this is a rage game, but it was fun overall. The background was too hard on my eyes though but I think you already working on that. Great game.

It is a relaxing and fun game and the UI is really cool.
