this was fun! I do wish there was a little more to do. I felt like I was just driving in a circle most of the time.

I was okay with the letters! but anytime a number came up it threw me off lol. One thing is that I wish the music didn't restart each playthrough. I never lasted long enough to hear the song lol. Also the hit sound sounds more like snoring than being hit.

i actually had no idea lol, but itch suggested it. it basically is like steam for itch games. I’ve been using it to download and play games

thank you!!

I really liked the whole looper aspect. It's super creative. I tried to get cheeky in the tutorial levels and sneak ways I wasn't supposed to and was able to glitch through :P

this was very cool. I loved the whole screen tilt effect. I have no idea why, but this didn't run through itch's desktop app, I had to go download it through firefox

This is super well done. I love the art and sound and the gameplay is super creative

this is a cool idea! this was only my second jam, and i’ve learned i tend to make games way too hard lol. I need to learn to take a step back and treat it as if i’m coming to the game brand new with no clue what to do. That and maybe have some friends play test for me.

thank you!!

thank you!! i’m glad you had fun. Sound design certainly isn’t my strong suit. I added the option to turn it off after i started getting annoyed by it myself lol

I love the out of breath running animation! And the art in general. I wasn't really sure the purpose of what I was doing or what her health bar was for though.

(1 edit)

The environment is so well done! it looks amazing. I wish it was easier to tell where the robots were coming from. Also it may have just been my computer, but the controls were very sensitive and made me a little dizzy.

Edit: I also really liked the backstory! Very fun

I really like the aesthetics and sound. It was unclear to me what I could pick up and what I couldn't. I kept trying to pick up the enemy bodies. Also that yellow tank is sooo fast. I died almost every time one came on screen.

this was super fun!! great work! I think my one criticism would be that the balls felt very heavy. They fell really fast, so I just ended up waiting till I was right up on someone to throw.

This is very cute! I love the art and sound. The cooldown on the attack felt really long and I had trouble timing it with enemy attacks. You could maybe keep the length if there was some indication as to when the sword was ready again

this is too funny. I like the music, but I wish there were some sound effects.

The ball textures are cool. I wish a bump would only slow you down and not come to complete stop. And then score could be based on how long it took you to complete a level.

thank you so much! aghh i did just notice that bug today. I could have sworn I already addressed it. The pitfalls of having an infinitely moving level lol. I should get to yours! I'm trying to play and rate as many as possible!

thank you!!

thank you!! i'm glad you enjoyed it!

thanks!

I just haven't dared touch mine at all lol

lol there is a reason I added a toggle for the music. I can only stand it for so long myself. Goopy robot is best robot. Thank you for playing :)

This is such a cool idea! And the art is gorgeous. I wish there was an easier way to ensure you were only calling one turtle, but alas that is the life of a turtle keeper

I've learned that narwhals are bullies. I'm just trying to eat my fish in peace! Fr though  good job, I love the art. I do wish you could somehow see the health of other narwhals. I never knew how many more hits it took to kill them.

very cool! inverted controls definitely make for a challenge

ooh this is a really good idea! Thank you!!

I adore the art. It's so well done. All of the animations feel so good. I also like the large variance of rooms you have

Thank you! I'm glad you had fun! :)

lol I know. I made it to the end of the jam and was like "welp.. crouch and turn is the dominant strat... oh well". There is a bit of a downside since your hit box sticks further forward in that config, but idk if it's super noticeable. Anyways thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

those are all really good ideas!

thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Does anyone know if we're allowed to update our games after submission, and to what extent? I can't find it in the rules.

Thank you!! I'm glad you liked it :D

I love the idea of different modes, but I had way more fun in the ground mode. Those movement mechanics are really novel, but are very slick and easy to grasp.

I love the simple aesthetics. It gets very hard with more than one laser. Also I wish the music didn't restart every time you died.

I love the concept. I feel like it has potential. I wish you could jump through clouds from below. I kept hitting my head on the edges of clouds and falling

I love the aesthetic. In a way it reminds me of like old school neopets games. The sound is also great. I do wish you had a better idea of what was going on above you, as well as a way to know where your jump would land you.

the only bullet hell game where I don't immediately die! I love the mechanic, but I don't feel like there is any benefit in ever actually leaving the room since you get a higher score the more bullets fired.
