The music makes me think the game is really fast paced, but there's no real rush in the gameplay. The high score does not get registered. Dodging the lasers by shooting them is a real stretch for the dodging theme I feel, but sure, why not.

I really liked the whole looper aspect. It's super creative. I tried to get cheeky in the tutorial levels and sneak ways I wasn't supposed to and was able to glitch through :P

Good work bro, but I missed the dodge in the game. And maybe the character could to run. I got stuck behind door at first time.

May you rate my game too?

I got a little confused during my first try, but I definetely think this game is interesting and a worthy adaptation of the theme. My favourite part is the aesthetic/graphics, and I think the sound design is pretty effective, too. Well done!

I love the aestethic of this game, kinda clear and low poly! at the beginning i felt that the game was a bit unfair cause some traps like the ceiling crush and the preassure plates were so difficult to see. But after a couple of tries i realized how the traps are both well indicated, just need to pay attention, jumping across the preassure plates vas a bit difficult to me though, all in all, i liked this a lot, the concept is so clever!

Thanks for playing!! I had planned on the player having to play multiple times to learn how the game works, but thinking back on it I think that it might be better to make it more intuitive because most players are only playing it once or twice because it is a game jam game.

Nice implementation of the ONE ROOM theme! And that music slaps! :D

Game has a clean aesthetic. I really like the implementation of the One Room idea. It's kinda hard to see white on white traps. I know that's kinda the point, however, you don't have an idea of what peoples monitors look like and it could quite literally blend in perfectly. I don't quite understand what I'm dying to when it says died to pressure plate. The game just ends without any visual cues. The player also can get stuck behind the door and the only way to reset is to close via task manager. Player movement is also considerably faster on the diagonals, for a speed running game you should use Vector3.normalize. Nice submission.

Developer

Thanks so much for playing! I hadn't thought about other monitors color settings when I was making the traps, so I will definitaly improve that. I had noticed that movement was faster on the diagonals but didn't think to fix it. Thanks for the tips!

Cool game.

1, I think the bullet pickups should be a bunch of bullets and not a cube.

2, I did not know that I could shoot a wire until I tried late game.

3, The traps are very hard to dodge. Maybe making them easier should do the trick.

Otherwise, very fun game, I hope to see how you expand this mechanic someday.

Developer

Thanks so much for the feedback! I originally had planned to make the bullet pickups an actual model, but I didn't have enough time to make it. I hadn't thought about players not understanding that you can shoot the wires, so I think that in an update I can add that to the tutorial! Thanks!

Thanks for taking my feedback into consideration.

Maybe its just me that couldnt get any actual challenges, was just running around for 100 sec until game over.

But! The looper idea is something I really would love for you to expand upon.

This seems like a huge project, not for 3 days of the Jam.

Good job tho!

Did you not get any challenges at all? Or was it just unlucky and you got very few challenges?
