This was actually really fun to play. I really like how the difficulty spikes so fast. Makes for that really fun stressful kinda gameplay. Great job!
I like the mechanic of moving a shield at the same time as moving the ship! I also like how you can't just infinitely use the shield. I am playing on a trackpad but I am sure this is much easier with a mouse. I would recommend perhaps using directional controls for the shield much like the ship, rather than it being based on cursor screen position. Kinda like a twin-stick shooter but right stick is shields instead of shooting.

I didn't know what to expect from ASStroid XD, but this is a nicely done game. Good job
I like how quickly the difficulty ramps up! I think it would be a little more fun if the indicators on the side of the screen showed the direction the asteroid was traveling in but it is also very chaotic and fun without it :) A high score display would be nice too. Nice submissions, lot's of fun.
I tried a highscore display but couldn't get it working lol.
Sweet game. I feel that it goes from chill to absolute chaos pretty quickly hahah but I had so much fun! Challenging, yet fun. Awesome
Background Music would be nice with increasing Speed.
