What a fantastic art style it's very simple yet amazing

Loved it! You've made an extremely polished game, it does get a bit repetitive for me so you could try adding new maps, abilities for the player, etc... with that aside though, you've made an incredible game.

You nailed it.

  • Great group of enemy types
  • Excellent soundtrack for the game
  • Animations were on point
  • My biggest complaint is the game takes too long to really get started. I could see where the game was going so I happily stuck around.
  • The health system drew my run out for a long time
  • The upgrade system feels like a good idea, but just choosing between hp or points didn't feel that amazing. Maybe something with more risk and reward. Like u move slower but get more points, kinda stuff.
  • Absolutely stellar job, this game was extremely well polished on top of everything else kicking ass.

Very cool entry, 5/5 gameplay. Everything you need is there. No unnecessarily tacked-on gimmicks, just a really nice "high-risk high-reward" option so the pros can skip the boring first stages :D The inspiration by Just Shapes & Beats is clear to see, and that is not a bad thing; I loved that game!

I just wish I could give you more points in the theme category, but "collecting points" is just so basic :(

Developer

thanks for your comment ! I will work on thé first boring levels

Submitted

No no, those "boring" levels have to stay that way to teach players the mechanics!
What I was alluding to is that I really liked being able to sacrifice some of my health for points.

Developer

oh the first part will stay there, but if the player is not toutched : +10pts, difficulty get increased.

nice concept and very well polished! nice job!

i found myself just going for it and doing my best and dodging, best parts were when i was going for it in a level to realize theres the arrow thingy following me already hehe

This game was constantly surprising me and making me change my strategy, and I love how the damage sound effect sounds in tune with the music.

Nice game! Fun and pretty challenging. Some of the earlier levels seemed like repeats though, it felt like I saw the level type with 4 balls coming down at a regular intervals multiple times

Please II need WASD, the overall game worked great, nice work

Developer

wasd already added :/ but thanks :)

Great job!
I like introduction to mechanics and learning curve, clever use of upgrades, amazing sound design as well. Would come again to play it more and would like it to be something more than just a jam project. Totally can visualise it on appstore or same store for a healthy price. Keep working on it!

Gameplay is super awesome !!! Really enjoyed the game design also super fun and challenging!! But some levels are too easy even though difficulty is increasing level wise. Overall had fun and its coming  really meaningful theme here. Great work dev!

Also, Request you to play my game and leave a rating. Thanks.

I like the graphics, sounds and especially the undertale-fighting-like gameplay mechanics!

a beautiful game from every point of view, a piece of art. How did you manage to make such good graphics? Are they high resolution images or did you use some kind of vector graphic? I've always wanted to make games that look like this but I thought it could only be done with vector graphics and unity doesn't let them be done by default

Developer(+1)

Hi ! First thanks a lot for your comment :). For the graphics, i well use vectors. For this you just need to install a package in the package manager, its an official Unity package.

thanks!
