Your game is amazing. I love the artistic style, the gameplay becomes challenging (even a bit too much at the beginning xD) and fun. Overall, it's clear you've put a lot of effort and imagination into it. Great job!
Great entry, polished all around!
good music good art
Very polished!
I realy like the art style, I appreciated that the map is not always the same, nice music. Good Job
A very unique artstyle and the dash works great :)
one of my favourite games of this game jam, i just love the art style and the overall style of the game. the only issue i had is that the high score system was a bit broken and the sounds were too choppy, but thats my only issue, loved it!
I really liked this game!
At first the difficulty is a bit sudden, but once you retry a bit you get the game! In terms of mechanics, I think it's pretty solid and well developed. It'd be interesting to have more content once the jam is over so you can really put the player to the test!
In terms of aesthetics, I think it all works very well. I think you could maybe add some particle effects when you do kill an enemy, so that you get a bit more punchy, satisfying feedback for the player.
The music is pretty fun, I liked it a lot. The sound effects were good too!
Nice job, keep up the good work!
Congratulations on submitting! The concept was something i've never seen before so it was interesting and fun to play. Great job.
This is a fast-paced, lightning fast dodging game where you have to quickly teleport through enemies to destroy them quickly, otherwise they create an unavoidable wall of bullets that will take you out in one (or maybe two) hits. But luckily you are so quick you can sometimes dodge straight through the projectiles, so if you're quick, you can survive. It becomes a little tricky to take out the enemies, as their hit boxes are not very forgiving, which can sometimes feel frustrating if your path seemed to go straight through their graphics. Fun addictive loop with a nice music track. Very cool implementation of a "Dandara"-style movement mechanic! Really dig the graphics as well. Great work!
Also, I think the high score might be glitched too because it says I got 773 which I surely did not!
Thanks so much for the comment :D yep the high score system is super busted will fix after voting
Cool game :) Real unique idea and mechanics.
Great game! Ill be rating it highly. Constructive criticism time! : Brutally difficult at first, but if you stick with it for a little you'll get the hang of it (I also didn't realize you could kill enemies for a little bit my bad :P), you might want to consider easing the player in just a little bit. I feel like the hitbox for killing enemies is a little small. Bullets going through platforms felt a little off to me, and I couldn't find a pause menu. Like you said the theme implementation isn't the best, but you get a free pass cause of all the confusion at the beginning of the jam.
I really liked the art and stylistic choices made here, and the controls felt very responsive. I REALLY liked the second chance slow motion mechanic, good job on that. Overall amazing entry.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Some of your criticisms i noticed but alot of them went iver my head a bit. We plan to continue developing just to polish it off, wil definitely implement your ideas :D
Very interesting idea! It was hard at first but once you uderstand, it becomes very easy. Maybe more levels and enemies. Very creative.
Nice submission! I found the gameplay really unique. It took a second to get used to the way your character moved but I thought it was really creative! Nice job!
Love the art and theme, I liked the different enemies but sometimes it felt like the hitbox for killing them could have been bigger
Great game! Although it could use some more variation.
