I enjoyed playing this platformer. I like the jump mechanic and how the game got progressively more difficult and how there were hints showing on the screen. And I like that there were checkpoints so you don't have to start from the beginning. Good job!

It reminds me of Super Meat Boy. Fast, hardcore, lot's of deaths.
Also, there is a nice work with shaders and post-processing. I am not good in this kind of games, but I think making the learning curve just a little bit smoother will be a good idea. The first 3-4 levels are easy and just introducing the mechanics, but then the game becomes incredibly hard all of a sudden. It may be just my personal issue, since, as I've mentioned before, I am not good in this kind of games.
Overall, it's very fun to play, and looks really polished. Well done!
I'm awful at platformers nowadays, haha x3 As a kid, I used to play Megaman and stuff, and even though I got incredibly frustrated, I did gradually get better and complete those games. Now I kinda just suck and don't have much patience, haha.
So, as you can probably imagine, I didn't escape xD I died quite a lot! To give you an idea of how crap I am, I couldn't get past the level with the power jump platforms + floaty saw blade things. Weirdly though, I found the game kinda calming! I think it was the combo of the soft music + the lighting that set a nice atmosphere. The aesthetics (especially the lighting around the character) were lovely :3

Looks good visually and easy to control.
While there is no story and the game is not scary in the traditional sense, the atmosphere makes me want to know more about the character and why he is going through this maze. I think the aesthetics are the strongest point in the game, I was able to complete it in about 9 minutes.
50 deaths, 14 minutes. That last set of platforms made me so stubborn and mad! lol nice job!
