Great job!
I really enjoyed this. Very well-written and with a couple points (Harold's karaoke, Dan) that evoked a real sense of dread. The clickable text is a nice way to make the fiction interactive without relying on choices (and a nice way to present flashbacks unobtrusively). The endings all a bit less down-to-earth than the rest of story but I liked #4 anyway.
I kind of disagree with some of the other comments saying it's the good foundation of a VN or something -- it's really good interactive fiction and it's hard for me to see what visuals would add. The lack of illustration really lets the writing do the work in some key moments (climax of end #1)
Very nice story! I think it could have done with more sound, background, etc but it was still a very nice story and I really liked the fact you could click on more to uncover more about the story and being able to go to something you missed was a really nice feature!
Really beautiful narrative craft.
Really fun to go through this one. I wish I could spend more time doing all 4 endings, but I managed to get half of them at least.
Seemed nice. But couldn't read all of it since trying to spend small amount of time in each game to play each game.
Small details really made this one for me and the beginning paragraph/lines really got my attention. I can't help but to "explore" every option you made, aka click everything that is clickable, and I really liked how some of them were just for fun and setting the mood, like in the elevator scene for example. Bonus for pacing too, some impactful moments were there. I think I would have liked to see more visual variations, even if it was just placement of the text and maybe some sounds/music to create mood or make each "flip of a page" so to say have more impact, but I think this can work like this too.
Overall I liked it, the ending I got first was somewhat dreadful but still sweet, pretty bittersweet I'd say. Nice work. ^^
Put some background music, some images, and you will have a very fine novel. Good work!
