Good game! I enjoyed it. I agree with others that the multiple endings were a cool touch. The dialogue is also well-written. The only criticism I would have that I didn't see others mention is the dog can block you from exiting a room which can be annoying at times. Great work! I look forward to seeing where this goes.
Left me wanting more, in a good way. Exploring the routes was fun, and there's a lot of potential to be had. Can't wait to keep learning and progressing.
This was enjoyable to play. I chuckled at the one ending, so I'm going to follow and see where this game goes.
Only criticism I had was the text may be too hard to read. On the other hand, I think there's a charm in the way the text cuts off at the end of the textbox. It really suits the artstyle.
Otherwise, it was a good spooky experience: interesting story, good selection of music, and pretty decent for a first submission.
Thanks! This game probably will be done by October so if you liked it keep your eyes peeled for that! ใพ(โขฯโข`)o
Sorry if the text's hard to read! I'll probably at least tweak it a little when I finish the game, no promises though.
Thanks for rating my game!
I loved going down all the routes! These are some of my favorite kinds of experiences, I like exploring new endings and different paths. You did a great job!
Aww, thanks! o(*๏ฟฃโฝ๏ฟฃ*)ใ
Can't get more classic than the awake in a room subgenre for a room escape game. This is well-rounded for an adventure game. You got the most important aspects nailed: have a strange atmosphere, multiple endings, and interesting pieces of text that punctuate the scene. The prose is neatly comic: I liked the deconstruction of the room escape upon discovering outside lies an emptiness of which many never return. I suppose deep down we all want to escape, but few of us truly understand what we want to escape to. Now that's existential.
