Quite fun, but you hit a wall very quickly, due to the bottleneck and suspicion. However, it is a really good idea and I am looking forward to the full release.

Love this game, but it slows down midway! Saw the author writing about improvements, which I hope to see in the future. I'm three days into playing it so it gets a high vote.

Very strong entry, hope to see more

Scan stopped working after the first upgrade :(

UPD: oh, you need to scan from nodes other than Home.

About controls: weird that mouse wheel can zoom in but not out.

Overall an interesting game, but probably needs more things to do with the nodes (maybe you can install different programs onto the nodes that do some additional things?) and a reason to expand further out (since income per second is limited by the throughput of whatever is directly neighboring the Home node).

Upgrades unlock randomly, rich/bank types add too much suspicion without a proper way to clear it, when you branch out so far, auto steal determines the effectiveness of each node, it's way too overpriced later (10k+) considering it's twice as expensive as the steal rate upgrades, the milestone between each big increase ends up becoming way too high to reasonably achieve, leading each upgrade to be worthless just a drain of income. auto scan and scan efficiency are not beneficial upgrades as they prevent proper pathing, you'd normally want to have a low amount of branches with multiple nodes connecting into a singular node at each level, rather than have 4 nodes on one path, now you've restricted the access to those nodes for other paths, its strange that once unlocking a node you cannot select the path, this would immediately increase the viability of the game in later stages,

Summary: Steal rate, and Auto steal are too expensive, Scan range has little actual relevance yet is so expensive, Proxy servers are too slow and expensive considering the consequence of 100% suspicion is almost nothing. Autoscan and Scan Efficiency's drawbacks make them pointless since you cannot choose which path a node connects to. Make Nodes Connectable To Multiple Paths After Unlocked/In Range Change Scan Range To Node Range(For Paths) Make Proxy Servers Manage Suspicion Faster Or Decrease Suspicion Gained Per Node. Add Progress Meter, Add More Relevant Upgrades Earlier (Pre 10k/100k) Increase Auto Steal Rate Effect And Decrease Cost.

Fun game with a few balance/speed issues but a ton of room for improvement and I can't wait to try a post-jam version

Unique game!

I found the beginning of the game to be a bit of a slow build and I wasn’t sure exactly of the mechanics involved. I started to understand after a few minutes, but there are still some confusing aspects. Such as what does stealing do, I don’t see my money go up when I steal. How does suspicion raise and lower?

Either way, I did enjoy the node and scan aspects of the game. It gets fun as your hacking network empire expands.

Good job!

black text on grey background is hard to read

maybe a descritptin on the page to get people into the idea of the game?

It is fun to hack multiple targets and have the money flowing in. Maybe an icon or indicator of the flow rate on each node? The animatioon of the stream is great, but hard to tell how close to stopping the flow is.

What causess more suspision? Maybe this is an area or chance for strategy and skill?

I love the upgrades!

Auto steal - booya

Panning the game area is cool

Black area upper left - text is unreadable

multiple scans and feeling your hacking empire sprawl out is a great feeling

A global $ per second counter would be motivating.

Great game, nice work!

This is hecking fun and when the slight glitches are worked out I'll play this until I control the planet. Oh yes I will.

Love node based mechanics!
