Really enjoyed the meta of this and it was a lot of fun to figure out all the achievements.

Very unique concept, I really liked it! My only comment is that it would be nice if the game progressed a little faster, it felt like it took a little too long to gain money initially. The achievements were a great addition though!

Thanks a lot for the feedback, I was a bit worried about balancing and prices I need to playtest it a bit more to find the right spot

Alright... so I started off like... meh, this is rather boring. But I wanted to at least figure out what the shop is about. Then I hit a ball in a way that it took hours to travel to the other side and I was like "why did this not get addressed? This is excruciating!". And then I saw the achievements first and thought: "Wow, this is funny :)"

After all that I tried out the shop items and was like: "Why should I use those...?" Then I realized that you get more money when you disable things. And then I was like: "What might the other awards be, let's find out!" I disabled everything and beat the AI and now I was rich!!!! RICH I SAY!!!! $$$

LOL, it was sooooo fun, really a blast, thank you!

This is a good idea, but I encountered a bug (?) where the ball would only launch in one direction. The sprint idea is interesting but I think it might be better implemented as a dash/teleport so it takes more skill to get the paddle where you want it.

Developer

It started as a bug, but noticed that hitting the ball with the corner of the paddle makes it go at an angle.

The ball follows the physics engine I was adding the angle to be dependent on position of hit like normal pong, but gameplay seemed more interesting/challenging this way.
