Love the asthetic here. For making this in one day with little experience you made something really good. The controls are pretty smooth, just wish there was more to play. I also love the yamcha death screen, so good lol.
The characters are really cool and the movement is pretty consistent, so there's a lot to improve when speedrunning!
arts are cool, but graphics for some reason not. At least character controller feels good, what u can not say about most of the games in this jam, bruh

I ran out of time haha, in my code there's a skeleton of a work in progress timer.
Love the character designs and sprites so much. The end screens + menus are great, the animations are cute. The level felt really short. The game looked nice windowed but it was difficult to see where you were jumping. Fullscreen was easier to see but then the platforms looked like they were floating. Fun theme! I like goblins
The game over screen took me off guard. Really funny detail, love it 🤣👍
My only concern is that you can't barely see the map since the spots where you have to jump are offscreen, I ended up memorizing the map to complete it, a bigger camera field would be great!
Glad you liked it! I didn't realize scaling would be such a big problem when I originally created the game. I only had around a day since my team and I started on Sunday and wasn't quite sure how to fix the camera properly. Definitely hope to address this next time around!
