Eww why you so stinky kitty...

Love that you can switch between the different shapes and they give you different jump heights/speeds as well as the ability to fit in certain spaces. Great stuff for your first entry and keep making games!

Super unique art style, the controls were a little difficult to get used to but once I got it this was actally really fun. All I would say is the jump and movement feels a little to abrupt at times.  Good Job!

Mwahahaha I'm the best. This game is just like real life, [I win every time >:)]

Love the movement paired with the shooting in this game, feels really good and I love the boss at the end. Good Job!

The core mechanic for this game is amazing. The first level was really hard but I felt so reeled in that it overtook my frustration. This game is really good and clever and I seriously hope you keep working on it.

I was certainly busy sorting. Was kind of tough at times to tell where the package belonged, but I really liked the upgrade system and the combos. Good stuff!

Love the physics here, especially when you hit a wall fast enough a bunch of torque gets applied. I suck at this (192 seconds) but there's some good stuff here.

Super unique game. Had a bit of a learning curve but once I got it the core gameplay loop was satisfying. I did think that the reference images could be cofusing at times but other than that everything was pretty solid. Also maybe a way to undo and redo a paint job with the press of a button would be cool. Good stuff!

Really love a lot of the aspects about this game. Traveling through time and just the right moment, landing a jump, and maintaing your moment feels really good. The art is of course amazing and music and sounds are really fantastic too. Only thing I would say is that the movement on the ground should be less slippery. Super strong game!

Love the asthetic here. For making this in one day with little experience you made something really good. The controls are pretty smooth, just wish there was more to play. I also love the yamcha death screen, so good lol.

Super chill experience, took me a while to beat but I got it eventaully. Really like this overall and I have some feedback to provide. I think the movement should be a little less slippery especially since there's quite of few parts that require some percise movement. I also felt as though the jump was too floaty at times, so increasing gravity and jump force would probably fix this. I like the super jump mechanic and I can totally see the inspiration from celeste. Nice stuff!

This game is hard, but feels good to beat it. Nice stuff!

Really love the asthetic of this game. I really like the concept of either buying or playing a minigame for an ability, reminds me of those little challenge cubes from super mario 3D world. The physics of the player are a little too slidy for me but over all you did a great job!

I like the minimalistic style of this game. The jump can be pretty finicky at times but overall good job!

This is the best game ever made. Made by ever, their best game. I like how there's a lot of oppurtunites for some fun tech (even if unintended).

I know... I kept thinking about implementing that the entire time, kept pushing it off, and then uh oh deadline is in 30 minutes and I need 20 minutes to make builds of the game. Definitely the first thing I'm going to add once I start working on it again lol.

I love the inverted controls, it's just like I'm drunk all over again. (I was already drunk while playing so the inverted controls were actually just normal) Love the game!

Love the asthetic, kinda feels like I'm playing an arcade game. I think the detection for the level exit is a little too big, but other than that everything feels pretty good.  Good job overall! I also made a dungeon crawler like game so you should check it out.

This game is super unique and I like your spin on the theme. It was a little tough to begin but once you understand the core gameplay loop you really get things going. I'm really bad at this game but I could totally see myself and others trying to get good at this.

This game is literally me everytime im at the store, I hate wasting my time there. Love this game, has a good style and asthetic. Good job!

Cool mechanics, there is a lot of potential for some cool movement tech. Also really liked the asthetics for this game.

I like the controls a lot, usually making slippery controls kind of results in a game being unfair sometimes but this felt really good.  The toggling spikes section had me crying lol. Good job!

Super chill game, fits the theme well.  It was kinda difficult to find out what belonged where but when you get it the game is a good experience. Gets pretty hard after 100 points or so, people are fiends for throwing that much trash in the river so quickly. Good stuff!

First time using godot and coding? In one day? You did a great job with this! Love the art and I could defnitely see this turning into something more based off its asthetic alone. Keep working on it!

(1 edit)

This game applies the scavenger theme really well. Athough the end goal is not really clear, the mechanics and game flow are good. Also I know the music wasn't made for this game specifcally (you said your friend made it a while back) but it fits this game really well.

Really love the visual style and sounds for this game, feels really immersive and I enjoyed the overall gameplay. Taking off the bolts does feel kinda weird at first but you get used to it pretty quickly. Love the polish and overall this was really good!

Definitely the hardest game I've played in a while lol. I like that we have to reassemble a face broken up into a bunch of parts. All I would really say is that the movement might feel a little more fair if there was less friction when colliding with slopes. Good stuff!

There's a lot to love here, the asthetic of this game is great, there is some really good juice, movement attacking and dodging feels really nice. I also really like the space invaders references. Nice stuff!

Thanks for playing, and yeah I definitely agree that the bullets should dissapear after either the enemy that shot those bullets is dead or the room is cleared (I'm lazy so I didn't implement it lol).

I really like the different abilities that are available to you and I also like the plot. I do think the cheetah leg is a little too fast, especially since it doesn't seem like there's any or enough cyote time, but the other upgrades felt good to use. Overall pretty good!

Thanks for playing, trust the backend code is atrocious lol. You didn't waste your three days, you made something really good and you should feel proud.

+ 10 points for juice, +10 points for mop, + 10 points for sounds, + 10000000000 points for coooooooool factor

I like the art for this game as well as the concept you were going for. It's pretty difficult to get to the end but juking out the robots was super satisfying, I had to stop and think for a sec so that's good. I would like to see you develop this idea further.

You should keep working on this. It has a unique asthetic and  I'd like to the game with the features you wanted to implement. Also you get +100000000 points for putting a gun on a shark :)

I really love the movement in this game, the speed build up is really nice and launching yourself out from the ground at crazy speeds is super fun. I also like that you added little pickups that take time out of your over all time,  though I think there should be more big clusters of them since you kind of have to go out of your way to get them. Nice stuff!

+ 10 points cool game, + 10 points for nice sound design, + 10 points for good puzzles, + 10000000000 points for raccoon

This game is pretty unique, especially with its main way of attacking. Very cool idea to have the rat's tail pick up blocks and throw them at the boss. Maybe some boss music would help set the atmosphere but otherwise you did great!

I really like the retro visual style of this game and the cute music and sound effects. It was pretty satisfying to kill a boss after having some trouble with it as well. The controls do feel a little too limiting considering really percise movemnts are needed to avoid the attacks, so more movement could help make the controls feel a little better. Good stuff!

Love this concept, I had a friend play with me and we had a silly time. For co-op controls though, I would change the numpad controls for the warrior to something that works on smaller keyboards, since I'm a using a keyboard that doesn't have a numpad. Cool boss designs, nice music and sfx, good job!
