Okay first of all sorry for writing two comments instead of just editing the old one but this will be long and might have SPOILERS so I thought I might as well.

Okay so once I found out about the multiple endings thing I had to go try to find them.
1_ DUDE I UNDERESTIMATED THIS GAME, AND BY A LOT! the other endings scared the crap out of me...
2_ I really hope the mom being in hell is a reference to the famous line from "The Exorcist" I really really do.

3_ I noticed the title screen thing, and OH. MY. GOD. you are one smartass dude.

4_ I am both sad that I didn't try "Hell" even though I thought of it, and disappointed that "Frug", "Kaori" and "Toby" weren't part of the endings, but I guess I was reading too much into it.

5_ I am terrified of Hana rn lol (hey. my points can't all be serious)

This was an amazing job, I'll try to follow your work from now on whenever I'm looking for an awesome horror game to play. I'm not usually a fan of visual novels (Ironic considering I made one too, I'm just lazy) but damn did this grab my ever fading attention. 5 stars boy!!!

Playing this game made me regret not going 3d due to the short time. The 3d, animations, and the static of the camera all worked together perfectly to reduce the stillness you sometimes feel from visual novels. Awesome work man!
p.s: I feel like I might've missed dialogue because of what I chose to say? though I'm not entirely sure  :D

You all really kicked this up to the next level with this game. I absolutely love retro throwback graphics and the filters really add that spooky found footage vibe to things. A top contender for Spooktober for sure!

Absolutely amazing, I had so much fun, this game is hilarious AND spooky, a rare combination. Incredibly engaging and the story is chef's kiss.

Chilling game! Nice twists.

I love the visual effects. They add to the atmosphere.

Congrats and good luck for the jam!

These graphics were super nostalgic, I love the 90's setting :) The horror elements definitely made me jumpy, but I did struggle to figure out how to use the planchette in my first playthrough.

Love the ps1 aesthetics!  Nice pace, visual effects are top notch.

I would pair this VN with jungle juice.

Really loving the concept and the visuals! Don't think I've ever seen a VN quite like it before :D

I'm guessing I probably got the worst end of the 4 since I couldn't figure out how to move the thingie x3 Sorry, I'm not the brightest of sparks when it comes to figuring out any sorts of controls or puzzles, haha. But it was still a very cool ending to witness regardless!

Brought back memories of when a friend and I tried something like this x3 Though we didn't film it, and we definitely didn't make contact with anything from the other side, haha. We found one cheap in a shop though and bought it because it looked so cool and ornamental. We decided to give it a go despite neither of us actually believing in that sorta thing, but being horror fans, we couldn't resist. Got candles out and everything, but of course, nothing happened. Which is probably a good thing really, haha.

Cool concept, fun dialogue although needs some proofreading at points. Very fun graphics and scenes.

Super cool to see someone else use low poly 3D for the jam!
The the game itself was pretty unnerving.  The camera effects were great!  The ending was... woof.

I wasn't sure if there was something I was supposed to do with the Planchet parts... It seemed like I was supposed to make it move, but I was never able to get a reaction.  It also made me wonder if there was more than one ending?  But I couldn't find any.

Edit: I noticed that there were some clips of a scene I couldn't get in the screenshots, so I guess I just couldn't figure out how to get the planchet to move. :/

Thanks for playing man! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Yes there are 4 endings, 3 of them are only accessible with specific words.

The ambience in this game is awesome, I love the VHS effects with the PSX style graphics/environments.  The visuals look REALLY good, I've done VHS style scanlines in unity projects before but I love how fuzzy and distorted you managed to get yours.  I definitely need to go practice a bit more!  Great game, I had a lot of fun!
