Stuff you did not do in February
- I've mused on this project in a few notes and concept sketches before hand, but I never got into the actual coding, concrete writing, and solid art for the game till the beginning of Feburary.
- There are also paper collage aspects that I did not make myself but cut apart and put together for some pieces.
- Alot of the SFX was also downloaded from other sources + 3 of the songs were pre-made and editted in Feb for this project.

The art is beyond gorgeous. This honestly looks like a professional-quality release, and it's still impressive by that standard. Tasty writing, too - a great take on the Disco Elysium tone. Would love to see more of this, explore this strange world, and see more of the characters. (Even if I'm a bit crap at puzzles, haha.)

ok first of all seeing one of my all time favorite artists with a submission is awesome.

Excellent writing.  the puzzle was hard! had me kicking myself when you finally shared the answer because that's a GOOD PUZZLE. and the music choices were great

I'd be so hyped to see a longer story with these folks :D

THANK YOU!!! Also extremely flattered to be a fav haha. I'm also glad the walkthrough I shared has been helpful  lol!
Recognized your character in the game jam also and thought it was really cool to spot you making cool stuff as well >:)c

A fun little demo, I liked the character and the art direction. The puzzle could have been a bit clearer. I actually thought I soft locked the puzzle cause I didn't understand one of the visual/tactile cues as being a hint to the puzzle.

Gosh this was atmospheric, the music was great, the art was great, and so were the characters!

As a demo, this is pretty exciting stuff! The art here is simply gorgeous, and the narrative is fairly compelling despite how short the runtime is. All of the text and dialogue serve clear purpose, and characters are introduced in fairly natural ways.

Spoiler for ingame content The puzzle is definitely a feelie; it's hard to see what the connection is between the first panel (which seems to function primarily as a hint), and the other panels. Thankfully, the wires getting replaced with a hand-drawn texture when you get the panel right stops the puzzle from being a test of patience, and the solution for the remaining panel becomes fairly easy to logically deduce.

Also, the moment that happens after that? Completely nailed the “Oh shit did I fuck up can I fix this oh god” feeling. Top-notch!

We can easily see this getting fleshed out into a full game, and what’s here has us craving more!

Thank you, really heartened to hear about your experience!! Also genuinely appreciate the extensive feedback on the puzzle, I'm glad the intended feeling of the ending portion went across well hehe. Hope to learn from this and polish it up in the future!

I love the art and overral aesthetics. And the writing made me care surprisingly quickly about the characters.  The puzzles were really cool, though I admit I had to try all possible combinations when it came to the last part of the wires.

Thank you!! And I'm glad you enjoyed the puzzle! Hearing common feedback about some trouble with the last portion of the wires, so definitely keeping it in mind in the future ahah
