I think you can upload new files even after submitting your game - you should put everything that unity creates in the build folder (should be 2 folders, a .exe and a .dll) into a zip and upload that :)

Attempted to download the game but unfortunately cannot play the game, with the cover image however was the most noticeable for me to want to play the game
This application as is requires additional files that are not located, have you exported this properly? Currently I cannot play this game.
