A solid entry. Great camera angles, terrifying monster and a eerie atmosphere. Great job!
Great game! Nice camera POV, creepy atmosphere, cute character, & clear objective.
Very good game, graffics kinda nostalgic and good terror atmosfere, the monstrer sometimes kinda just spawns in there but the death screen its awesome, unbelivable work from a 2 weeks project
Fun horror game with inspirations from the old survival horror games in the PS1 era.
Fun little game with classic PS1 horror vibes!
really really amazing 🙀👌
Amazing, i really love the atmosphere and the music! definitely wanting more as soon as I completed it ;u;
Silent Hill x Animal Crossing. That's all you need to know. Give it whirl!
Silent Hill x Resident Evil x cutesy stuffs? And it really works well? Definitely recommended.
I gotta say, every time Sodaraptor surprises me with what has been cooked up in that brain of his. This gamejam game is both cute and scary. It feels like a classic homage to older horror titles while still having it's own modern feeling. It's short sweet and has amazing atmosphere, the entity being enough to make me take a break from the game( i love horror, but i struggleLOL).... to come back and try again later. definitely try this one out, its even free!! FOR FREE!! (pay for his other games fr tho like they are worth it)
this is a perfect horror game quality is sooo good ıdk how this game owner creat this at thıs short tıme i just can say ıts AMAZINGGG
Words cannot describe how insane this is! I can't believe it was made in only 2 weeks, there's just so much polish! The atmosphere is unsettling, the visual effects really sell the PS1 vibe, and I love the design for the main character! The monster is also quite the challenge, he looks cool and sounds cool. I did struggle at first in knowing if he was outside a room I was in or not, luckily you can normally hear some of the noises he makes to determine if you can leave. The controls took me a while to get used to, but the mixture of free cam and fixed camera positions really make this game special!
I am a bit slow with controller so I didn't get to the ending, which is a skill issue on my part. The graphics are great, but I am a bit curious regarding the anomaly's appearance.
Another thing I would like to point out is that the player could be instantly killed by the monster when exiting one of the rooms, while the game was still loading. If this game have loading zones or a life count system might make it easier, but the game's difficulty is up to you, not entirely necessary.
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, it's an issue that you can instantly die when leaving the room if the monster is there. I didn't have enough time to implement anything that checked for that unfortunately, so for now it's a roll of the dice. Maybe soon I will add a checkpoint system that puts you back somewhere when you die, though the game is short enough you can restart without much penalty.
The graphics are just on point, the overall gameplay is quite simples, but that's expected to a horror game, can't believe this was made in just 2 weeks, you can tell this was made with passion.
