GREAT CONCEPT!
I absolutely love golf! It was great to see a cool twist on it!
I wish there was more music and SFX added as well as easy to understand what I was trying to do.
The game ran at about 20 frames per on my Quest 2 and felt really sickly after a couple of minutes!
I hope you expand upon this game as its a great idea and I'd love to play a more polished version!

Comments
(rated by my daughter) The game mechanics were very difficult. She is short, and still had to crouch down to hit the heads. The gameplay seems too difficult to be enjoyable, and just ended up being frustrating. Perhaps a real-life sized golf club would improve the play.
I was really excited when I saw this one. I'm a sucker for golf and mini putt games.
What I liked:
- Launching ghoul heads is a great idea!
- I appreciate the polish put into the menu.
- The setting was fun. I really enjoyed the overall look.
- Impressive aim support for hitting the watches.
Some Notes:
- I would have loved to have more sound effects and music.
- Since all you do is whack ghoul heads, I'd make the golf club sticky so the grip button doesn't have to constantly be held. I think going the route Walkabout Golf does would have been great here.
- I'm not sure it worked for the theme, but I did love the game!
Thanks for making a fun golf game for this jam!
I remember seeing this in the concept stage, im so glad it came out so great! Very fun! The ghouls were having a bit of trouble coming back to the start location but I enjoyed it alot! I played version 1.1 but this isn't the version that was submitted for the jam to be rated no?
Haha, if i could, would give this one 10 stars for creativity :-D
At the beginning was pretty hard to control, and thought i would never hit a witch. The more surprising and satisfying was the first hit^^
It's nice, that it seems there is some kind of aim-support or so. Was actually not that difficult to hit the witches then anymore after a few minutes. Main problem at the end was just, that the ghouls stick everywhere and so i was kind of "out of ammo"^^
This is a real fun game, and i hope you polish it a bit. Would look forward to play it then again.
Haha, yes it’s really very satisfying 🙂 But even more satisfying seeing people get the same feelings it was targeted! Aim assistance is present, yes, otherwise it would be too hardcore 😁 I’m working hardly now on polished version, there is still a bunch of things to do.. Will let you know when it’s out and thank you for the feedback!
Nice to see a VR game made in Godot Engine!
It was funny to see the ghouls run around without heads. The gameplay was a bit difficult for me. I only managed to hit a few witches by luck.
Thanks! I’m a bit disappointed in 4.1, performance is not great. Backporting it to 3.5 now, where it works much faster and lightmapper works correctly. I will introduce a settings for difficulty (stronger aim assistance, slower enemies, more ghouls). Im sure performance improvements and navigation bug fixes will also improve the gameplay. Thank you for your feedback!
Looks great and nice, funny idea! :)
Took a while to get used to it (I'm left handed, and I could only pick up the club with my right hand). Great achievement for the time limit and well put together. Hit two witches, but it was hard!
Felt like more sound effects would've helped a lot, and I didn't hear any music (played the quest version) however there was music credits, so I'm wondering if it wasn't working.
All in all, great entry - enjoyed it!
