I taught this was going to be a puzzle game until I found out that you can double jump lol. Graphics and music are amazing
The graphics are amazing! The game is pretty fun but a little too hard for me, I only manage to pass the first checkpoint, what I can suggest is for you to make the zombies reduce 1/2 of your life instead of the entire things, also the zombies sometimes walked a little too slow. Btw for some reason I had to enable 3rd party cookies to be able to play it (that is why it wasn't working for me). Great Game!
I loved the game mechanics, and the character animation. Really good work, with a satisfying amount of game content.
thanks you all for your input
I hope that you will play it when it is finished I am going to have it done before Christmas.
I am currently working on it...
Nice puzzle game that makes use of strategy. I hoped the checkpoints saved my memory as well, but it was all lost. It was a task that felt gratifying when completing the bell combination to move on. The zombies were too slow though.
I think I was at the boss battle (after the transition scene) and collected the first purple orb which "killed" the zombie...except, I still got damaged by an invisible zombie and lost everything, having to restart the boss battle, and even the final scene transition. (I gave up at that point though =w=)
Really smooth animations and eerie atmosphere though. The bell progression felt fair and it felt great when I got the bell that gave 4 jumps.
thanks so much for you input
I did increase the speeds for the zombies on the last section but in the rush to upload I did not set the final zombies that end the game so the game does not actually end so nobody got to see the final ending. I am going to fix the invisible zombie death
lol sorry about that i noticed it but ran out of time
While I havent completed it, it is somewhat reptitive trying to find out the solution, but at the same time, it is satifying when you find it and proceed.
I was just making the puzzles on the fly as i went along it does require a lot of taught though thanks for the comment
Very good game! I like that you tied the bells to your jumps; it makes for some nice little puzzle elements. Looks great too!
thanks for the comments , I wanted to introduce a timer to solve puzzles too but ran out of time lol
I love the concept of limited jumps and having to collect them to progress. Controls feel smooth but forward velocity could be adjusted but that may just be me.
yes that is true. I am using rigidbody physics in unity to handle movement still learning unity so it took me a while to get the jump right with gravity scale, mass and jump force. thanks for your input
