Great drift track
Also check out my game
Now this is pod racing. I think I'm going to be hearing "weeee" in my sleep now. I had good fun, you made it really nice and satisfying to just drive that wedge around, and I did for quite a while. I do appreciate the chunky pixels too. Nice one, I'll forgive you for the theme.
Lmao thanks I cant get enough of them chunky pixels
The best sounds.
I think there are a few bugs like i found out you can secretly farm points without crashing in the same place
yeah, point collection was kinda buggy! thanks for the feedback!
Your Welcome
AAA-tier sound design XD
I played this game longer than I should've. I got to lap 30+ before stopping. The controls are good, which is important for this kind of game. It's fun to just dash around the track. I wish there's a timer of sorts for extra challenge.
P.S. Did you know you can control the car on the title screen? That's how I first heard the sound effects. Not within the race, but while pressing WASD before Start. Imagine my surprise :D
damn you can really see me rushing there aha, I must have used the whole car prefab instead of just the model :P
Love the pixelated effect on the graphics, great retro feel! And my god, brilliant sound effects lol. Rip to the theme but enjoyed the game alot. Especially liked how crashing didnt send you back to the start ha.
Thanks! I really enjoyed your game too!
The game feels good to play, which is a great feat for a 3D game in just 3h!
The pixelation may be a little bit too much, it felt more distracting than aesthetic (to me at least), but I like the simplicity of the game and its kind of SNES-like 3D graphics 😀
thanks for the fredback!
I am unfortunately addicted to pixels, and not in quantity, but size... Hence the 144*76 screen size haha... I will keep that in mind for future reference!
If it is you artistic choice, the I have not said anything! 🤐
I bet it is only me who will tell you about the pixels' size hahaha 😄
