I wish it didn't crash so much because I really like this concept! After reading the directions in the top-left of the game screen, it felt intuitive enough to make some decisions on what to play. (A little key in the corner to help remind me of what suit does what could be nice, though.) Something I'd like to see is some feedback as to how the round happened: how much damage did the opponent just do to me? Which card did I buff/debuff (I like the circles, but what if the chance to work failed?)? A little bit of gameplay feedback + some simple sound effects and a music track would make this game shine. I think you've got a good idea here! 😄

Looks awesome - love the pixel aesthetic and the animations.

If you have the chance, please add some instructions on the Itch page, and I can play again with a better understanding of the gameplay.

Visuals look great, but I had no clue what was going on

Love the visuals, I made feedback for each section:
Gameplay:
I like the idea, whatever it is. I just don't understand it, maybe i'm just dense, but i always lost after clicking mindlessly on cards. I also got a few crashes.
Visuals: The visuals are amazing, I really like the old school asthetic, if anything i'd say to add a tabletop background like a poker tabel.
Audio: No audio :(
