i liked the animation of the dog. and the idea.

i could cheese the game mostly by staying in the middle of the zone.
rather than having so much objects and that slow movement speed, and the objects constantly hitting you but just push you a a little bit, i would change the gameplay to bigger objects, maybe cars or something, that aren`t allowed to hit you, and give the dog a greater movement speed. but bigger consequences if got hit by something.

Thank you for the feedback! The game didn’t quite turn out how we planned, but the main idea was staying in the zone while outside forces attempt to push you out. Originally we had thought to include wind, shrink the zone over time, and have some of the objects flying at you be powerups that would increase the zone size, but since we ended up going over time either way, we had to go with the minimum viable product to get the idea across.

The game is quite simple, but the arts and musics fit well togheter!

Thank you! We had one person building the game in Godot, and one person doing the art and music.

nice art and music, interesting story to go  with the gameplay.

Thank you! Once we came up with the idea of “staying in the zone” being a dog was the next logical leap for us.

It took me a second to figure out I wasn't supposed to be dodging all of the debris. Once I got a hold of that it was enjoyable, but fairly easy. The music fit the visuals well and made for a wonky vibe I quite enjoyed. Nice game!

Thank you so much! This is our first submission to a game jam, and first completed game at all!
