Simple gameplay but very creative! Loved the little guys art.

As a potential improvement, having keyboard keys mapped to each action (F for firing, P for promoting) would've been appreciated.

Honestly, I kinda preferred it that way because you could only over on one option. This gave the game a sense of movement (you needed to active anticipate your mouse placement). Maybe your option would have worked too, but that's just my interpretation.

Good explanation in the description, it made it quite fun having to quickly estimate if there was more negative than positive.

Good job! I thought the game was really fun but I also agree there should be something to explain what constitutes a good/bad employee, even if it is just in the description. I also wish that the itch page had a little bit of theming/description even if it's just a tiny bit explaining the game and what you used to make it etc.

nice!! I think it would have been good to have a little paragraph explaining whats a good vs whats a bad decision on the page but otherwise it was fun :) didn't know luigi worked in hr...
