I was a bit confused at first, but once it clicked I was impressed. The overall presentation is quite slick and truly fits the vibe of the jam. Overall great work.
I fired myself, 10/10
This brings work related flashbacks lol. Really nice UI and gamification of a Kanban board :)
IMO the sprints should be a bit shorter, I managed to have lots of extra engineering points from my first sprint lol. Also I feel it plays better without having the ability to make decisions while the game is paused. Feels more chaotic and fun.
This game looks more realistic than the latest AAA game for sure. The feeling and controls were spot on, only thing that didn't quite fit the asthetic was the SFX, but they added to the "game" feeling so they were good in that way. I liked the loop of hireing new people and trying to remember who did what in order to pick people quickly.
Great and really unique submission, if I could give 6 stars on the "theme" category I would. What did you use to make it?
Its open-source so feel free to take a peek!
tldr; its written in react and is entirely web based!
really really cool!! unique idea :) Shame it wasn't completed within the timeframe but also completely understandable!
Thanks! this is actually my first submission to a jam and itch.io in general
Usually in my work the minimum estimation given to a task is 1d so it seems like i underestimated how long this was gonna take lol
congrats!! :)
