Fuuuuun! I don't know why but I either lose with a low score like 3 or 5, or I go on to score 12+. My highest was 17. Quite a fun concept, the timer felt a bit wonky though, sometimes it would only go down to 25% before taking a heart out. I loved the visuals and animations. The one thing I disliked is how after the game is over, it takes like 3 seconds for the game over screen to pop up and before I can play the game again. But overall, very fun - great work for 3h of devtime!!!

Ah if only I could shoot behind me! Those slimes just like me too much :)

I scored 23 points. I don't know if that's a good score. I mostly used the bow by shooting into the void to temporize and stay on my square to make the slimes come towards me. In any case, it was intense, the counter leaving us no respite :D Well done!

I'm sure if it had a leaderboard you would easily be in first place =D

The bow sort of turned out to just be a rest one turn in the same spot mechanic. At first I thought that you would choose the bow and then press a direction, but that didn't work out great with the counter because it would take slightly longer time to have to do two actions and I wouldn't want to pause the timer.

An interesting little game, I like the concept and I did find that the timer worked really well with the style of game. I didn't find much opportunity to use the bow though, it always felt like the slimes were not in the right position, and too close to get into position to then use the bow!

Thanks for making it :)

Oh yeah, the bow is pretty much pointless as a weapon, it just became a method of skipping a turn while staying in the same place =D

Gonna give your game a shot shortly =)

Thanks! I tried yours as well, really good job. Never managed to last more than 15 seconds though, maybe a bit too high spawn rate =D

thanks! ahahah maybe! since I made it in less than 3 hours I hadn't a lot of time for difficulty balance!
